Flamboyant Boutique B&B

Had a wonderful time staying at the Flamboyant B&B with my partner. Hayat and Patrick were great hosts and made our first trip to the Silver Coast very special. The windmill was super unique and tranquil, a great place to relax and sleep after exploring the region. Definitely chat with the hosts about your daily plans, they recommended some great routes and sites that only a local would know about!

Wonderful tranquil place for some relaxing days.
The owners Hayat and Patrick welcome you so warmly that you feel right at home with a welcome drink in your hands.
They provide little booklets with tips for tours and restaurants, so I never spend too much time on searching for good places to go.
Great breakfast with everything your heart desires and I'm still dreaming of the crepe with homemade lemon syrup.
Stayed in the lovingly remodeled historic mill. Loved it and nothing better than to enjoy the sitting area in the evening with a nice glass of wine and a good book.

We stayed in the windmill, which was a great opportunity and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I loved it! The historical structure, the overall aesthetic and the peaked sleeping loft were such a treat.
Our gracious hosts, Hayat and Patrick were major part of our memorable experience. They offered excursion tips, a history of the property and the surroundings, prepared a remarkable breakfast and ensured we had a chance to also have quiet time.

The location is also truly central to numerous sites, activities and natural locales.

We loved the B&B and can absolutely recommend it, it is a real gem. The location is perfect for exploring various interesting places in Portugal like the unique Obidos lagoon, the surfer hotspot Nazare or the beautiful old town of Obidos. We stayed 4 nights in one of the bungalows and we really enjoyed it, super comfortable beds, very spacious and beautiful furnishing / decoration. The garden and the pool area are also wonderful and are perfect for just hanging out and relaxing in the sun. However, really the best part of the stay was the outstanding breakfast every morning as well as the very warm and welcoming hosts Hayat & Patrick. They also gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood which led us to some fantastic places. Thank you so much for everything!

Stay was excellent, very modern and clean. The b&b was relaxing and was very worth it and enjoyable would definitely come again another time. The beds were comfortable, the house was nicely decorated and the location is perfect.

We booked the windmill for 2 nights, but ended up extending for one one more night. The windmill is very romantic, comfertable and spacious. The bed was comfertable and the shower amazing. But mostly we've extended the stay because of the owners who did just everything they could to make the most out of our stay. Both of us are not morning people, but their breakfast got us running out of bed each morning! Overall it's been our favorite stay in all of Portugal and we highly reconmend it!!

Quiet, modern and charming B & B, equipped with all necessary amenities (swimming pool, wifi, tourist guide) and in an ideal location for various excursions, be it the sea, monasteries, castles or other, in the area. Very friendly owners, extensive breakfast buffet with as extra a hoty of the day.

Great location, close to the must see’s at the Silver Coast. The best hosts you can imagine and oh boy, wait till you see the breakfast every morning. A must stay for those who enjoy the good life.

Bij Flamboyant hebben we een van onze beste vakanties ooit beleefd. De zorgzaamheid en dagelijkse culinaire verwennerij van Hayat bij het ontbijt, iedere dag iets nieuws, en de streekkennis en vlotte babbel van Patrick dragen in grote mate bij aan een onbezorgde vakantie. Zo hebben ze een uitgebreide gids met voorgeproefde eetadresjes in de ruime omgeving, zodat je minder keuzestress ervaart. De zeer gedetailleerde gids tips voor trips hebben wij mooi kunnen blenden met ons eigen huiswerk, maar eigenlijk hadden we niet eens iets hoeven voorbereiden. Flamboyant ligt heel centraal aan de Zilverkust tussen Lissabon en Coimbra. Cultuur, natuur en gastronomie vind je steeds op korte rij afstand, al heb je wel een auto nodig. Wij hebben ook bijzonder genoten van het verblijf in de ruime en strak ingerichte kamers (eigenlijk zijn het allemaal tiny houses) en een verfrissende plons in het zwembad na telkens een goedgevulde dag met Unesco bezienswaardigheden, natuurgebieden en uitwaaien aan dunbevolkte stranden.
Hayat en Patrick, nogmaals dank jullie wel voor de uitzonderlijke gastvrijheid, we komen graag nog eens terug.

Hayat en Patrick geven dagelijks het allerbeste van zichzelf om het hun gasten zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.
Zeer mooie kamers, elke dag onderhouden.
Een super ontbijt , met elke dag een extra speciaaltje.
Een mooie streek met veel bezienswaardigheden (diverse Unesco wereld erfgoed sites )
De tips voor trips en tips voor foodies boekjes van Patrick en Hayat zijn van goud waarde.
Echt een super B&B

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in het mooie Portugal bij B&B Flamboyant! We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Hayat en Patrick. De kamer was prachtig stijlvol ingericht. We zijn alle dagen in de watten gelegd. Iedere ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt met iedere dag een ander warm hapje als verrassing, variërend van een omelet met chorizo tot een heerlijk stukje zelfgebakken quiche. Na een dag op pad was het heerlijk "thuis komen" met een cocktail aan het zwembad. Genoeg privacy maar de gastheer en gastvrouw waren altijd beschikbaar voor vragen of informatie. We hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van hun app/boekje met tips voor trips. We geven een tien plus voor deze prachtige B&B waar alles klopt!

Onze allerbeste vakantie ooit, als je de prachtige site bekijkt bij het reserveren worden je verwachtingen heel groot om je te laten verwennen, eens aangekomen start het al heel mooi door wat een ontvangst, de locatie nog veel mooier dan de mooie foto’s op de site, de ontbijten op sterrenniveau, Hayat is de ster 🌟 elke dag zo’n extra verwennerijen en super lekkere cocktails.
Patrick zijn prachtige verhalen van de heel mooie streek zijn ongelooflijk verrijkend en je merkt gewoon deze mensen doen dit met heel veel liefde voor hun gasten, ze geven de gasten een heel aangename rust en vrijheid, alleen als je ze nodig hebt zijn ze er steeds voor jouw.
De omgeving met de mooiste stranden en historische dorpjes maken het helemaal af.
Maar één tip, eens in je leven moet je zeker flamboyant bezoeken en ervan genieten, het leven moet bestaan uit mooie dingen zegt men en dan geef ik je de gouden raad van flamboyant zeker bovenaan je lijstje te zetten, je zal er geen spijt van hebben.
Hayat en Patrick nogmaals dank voor alles en wij komen zeker snel terug 😉

Een heerlijke B&B waar luxe, privacy, comfort en relaxte sfeer hand in hand gaan. Accomodatie met oog voor detail ingericht. Erg fijn is de prima WiFi!
Veel goede tips voor uitstapjes in de buurt via de eigen reisgids van de eigenaren (via app en in een boekje. Geweldig ontbijt!

Un B&B fabuloso¡ es otro nivel¡ todo el concepto creativo del espacio es fantástico, hay rincones que podrían estar en una película de Win Wenders, el criterio estético y de interiorismo es una maravilla pero, además, tiene todos los detalles para una estancia de lujo (la piscina, las habitaciones, el desayuno,...). Los anfitriones son super atentos, lástima de no haber tenido más tiempo para disfrutar de su conversación¡. Volveremos¡

Recent zijn we een week bij Flamboyant geweest. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, wat begon met een zeer hartelijke ontvangst door Hayat en Patrick. Elke dag hebben we genoten van een uitgebreid, gevarieerd en heerlijk ontbijt. De accomodatie was ruim genoeg, heel netjes en rustig gelegen. Grote tuin met fijn zwembad. Een meer dan prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Absolute aanrader!

Die Gastgeber Hayat und Patrick haben uns sehr herzlich mit einem Willkommensdrink empfangen.
Alles ist sehr gepflegt und man sieht, dass sie viel Zeit und Herz in das B&B investieren. Man fühlt sich bei ihnen rundum wohl. Die Zimmer sind charmant eingerichtet und vor der Tür ist der Pool, der zum entspannen einlädt.
Hayat und Patrick sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber und sie haben uns gute Tipps fürs Abendessen sowie für Ausflüge in der Umgebung geben können.
Ein grossartiges Frühstücksbuffet und dazu mit einem frisch zubereiteten Omelette um in den Tag zu starten. Perfekt!

Danke Hayat und Patrick für die schönen und erholsamen Tage bei euch. Wir haben es sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wij zijn een week in deze fantastische B&B geweest. Wat een prachtige plek, moderne en schone kamers, veel privacy en alles met smaak ingericht. De gastvrouw en gastheer maken het plaatje compleet en geven je het perfecte vakantiegevoel. Ontbijt is erg goed en elke dag anders en ook de salades en de cocktails zijn uitstekend!
De locatie is super gelegen om alle bezienswaardigheden van de Zilverkust te kunnen doen of naar een van de prachtige stranden te gaan. Een absolute aanrader!
