Nice albeit small sand beach with a sports ground and café nearby. Weekends and sunny days been overcrowded, it's a popular place in the neighborhood

Arrived at 8:30am, grabbed my spot, got some work done. Felt relaxed, comfortable. Was very enjoyable. Left at 1pm.

The beach is very beautiful, has kayaks for rent, jet ski and boats. Saves lives, bars etc ..

Small beach with an access to the gym, bar, next to the passeio maritimo.

Great place to pass time time or just to have a coffee. Sit on the beach swim or surf. And if you can't surf just watch them!(its good entertainment) :)
Also, the best place to skate or cycle or jog.
I also recommend the cafes as the are cheap and a short 5-10 minute walk can get you to a mc donalds. (Its a good place for a morning jog with a nice view. Hope this is helpful and useful.

They have a lifeguard, cafe, parking from the marginal a little South of the beach so you have to turn off before the beach. Also beautiful Rocky areas to explore.
