Couple of days spent, not just what's going on in the centre of town, but also at the arena's on the edge of town. An excellent yearly week in November. Celebrating the Lusitano and other horses. If you love horses, it's worth a visit!

Interesting event for horse lovers and curious people like me. Elegantly dressed horse riders, especially the ladies, on beautiful horses. Lots of stalls to browse around. Be careful of food outlets. We paid €21 for a simple meal of one main dish, a soup, salad, and a small bottle of mineral water!

The real thing, One week were the Horse is King, and tradition's and custos are celebrated by familyes.

Excellent cultural experience of traditional ibearian horse & riders. A must on my return list for next year 2023!

The town held a horse fair, that is a great experience if you are a horse lover person. There are shops selling horse accessories, food and of course a lot of beautiful horses.

Unfound horsey event that will become very popular. Even Master Chef live show and recording this year! Relax with drinks and eats in the sun while watching the horses.

if you like horses you have to come to this show .. it has a special atmosphere . all people like to dress in the proper clothes for riding a horse. It has many restaurants to eat the local food. many shops with typical clothes. During the day there are several performances and shows with horses. it's really worth coming to see.

By far the best horse fair in Europe. The Portuguese hospitality is unsurpassed, the food simple & fantastic, and the horses... Well, the Lusitano... No words.

A great day out with a great atmosphere

Basic but extremely comfortable and the ambiance associated with staying on a horse ranch was unusual but has to be experienced/ highly recommended. Host was extremely kind , positive and professional 👍⭐
