Oeiras Municipal Garden

Amazing park, very quiet and peaceful on most days, very lively when there are events. The June Oeiras Fest(1-18), just ended and it was full of life with live music, rides, stalls with merchandise and lots of gastronomical delights. Fun for the entire family.

I like it that there's such a large green area in the middle of the city, close to a train station and the beach
Very nice to walk and relax. Usually there are parking slots available too.
During summer, it is very crowded did to them city festival on weekends.

Loooved the gardens. Beautiful nature. The WC are closing at 16.oo so plan ahead. Overall is great for kids and families alike.💞💞

This was unexpectedly interesting find
The park is pretty big and chill, it’s full of flowers, trees and all kinds of plants. And there’s always a big tree growing there, like a castle. People created a terrace with benches and tables underneath it, it’s so cool!
I love that there’s a couple of cages with birds living there. Locals told me they’re taken good care off, so everyone loves the birds and they’re not struggling there by any means
Another special thing about this place is the art m sculptures from famous Portuguese artist
This park looks lovely and it’s one of the places that you’ll remember about Oeiras for a long time

Amazing park for families with small kids, there is a good festival until June 18

Great place to have a walk or jogging, one of the best children playgrounds in the neighborhood. Lots of activities happen here, from weekend movies to flea market and circus

A great place for walks or to bring your dog. It has a special area for dogs with an obstacle course. The inside area is great for picnics. During weekdays sometimes there will be school kids playing.

Well, Well, Well. So you're here to find out about Oeiras Municipal Garden. I was here last weekend. What a great experience. This Municipal Garden has something special about it. Very serene. Near the Beach...and on weekends lots of Free Parking. The Oeiras Valley Mayor was here too, last weekend. Mr Isaltino Morais read from a few papers about Service and Serving! I enjoyed D. Lovely secluded gardens ample parking great for dogs even has a dog bath / wash facility. Lovely river side walk with lots of shade. Plenty to do even had a organic fresh produce market.stall on the Saturday morning i was there xx even possible.to stop overnight in a camper?!
