Convento da Sertã Hotel

Lovely location, very well presented. Very comfortable. Great food in the restaurant.

The staff were SO helpful! We arrived at the hotel in great need of some bike maintenance (We were cycling the N2). Not only were our bikes safely stored in the Chapel (that was a first for us!) but a member of staff offered to retrieve his own track pump and supply of inner tubes when the local cycle shop proved unreliable. They truly went over and above the call of duty, ensuring we were catered for in all aspects of our stay. In addition, we had a lovely meal at the hotel's adjacent restaurant and a delicious and substantial breakfast in the beautiful vaulted courtyard. Definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel. Very nice staff. Only criticism would be a fridge would be handy in the bedrooms. Beautiful shower and great AC.

Wonderfull place. The people are very nice and helpfull. I have to eat gluten free so for breakfast they made special cakes for me en had some other gluten free options. For dinner they made reservations in restaurants where I could eat. The rooms are big enough, modern and clean. The swimming pool was a good extra. We also got soms good tips on what to do and which route we should follow to visit some nice places .

My wife and I had a package that included dinner at 2 affiliated restaurants and breakfast. The meals were fantastic. The staff in the hotel did anything they could to help. The manager, Elsa, in addition to personally seeing to our enjoyment at her hotel gave us some great recommendations about things we could do and see in the area that made our stay in Serta much busier than we had anticipated.
My only issue with the room was that no matter what we set the thermostat at, it blew very cold and was a tad noisy, but I suspect if we had asked for help with it, the front desk staff would have quickly found a solution.
The room itself was very sleek and modern and had a very nice bed.
If I'm ever in the Centro region again, there's not doubt I would stay at this hotel.
The breakfast was quite nice, and my wife, in particular, enjoyed all the special touches (local made jams, very fresh fruit, restricted diet-sensitive cereals, etc.)

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a very long time. The renovation of the building is immaculate, the staff could not have been more welcoming, and the nearby restaurant which is linked to the hotel was great. Thoroughly recommended!

I liked it, and the rating reflects the rooms, location and how good the staff was during our stay. The only minus was the swimming pool that was in need of cleaning.
