Monte Real Hotel,Termas & Spa

Excellent service, the staff made us feel welcome from the very beginning and was really helpful to get things sorted for us (like reservation at the Spa) and we were really lucky to get our room way before the official check-in time. Our room had enough space to unpack a suitcase, bathroom was spacious, too and we could enjoy a view into the little forest from the balcony. Breakfast had a good variety and quality of products, with handmade crepes and sweets, different types of breads, spreads, cheeses and meat. Dinner was also great and prices were fair for a 4 star hotel. We would go there again for sure.

We had a good experience at the restaurant here. Food good and vibe good here. Mr. Marco Agostinho gave us really wonderful service. Making we have a excellent memories here. Also gave me a really surpise, a cake for my birthday. He is so sweet and kind. Thank you, Marco!!

Super kind and always available staff, the room is super clean and as lots of space, the restaurant buffet was delicous, the spa was a very pleasant experience and one big pois was also the little animal farm that they have... This Hotel is the perfect place for a long weekend break!

Great well decorated and clean hotel. It is four stars but definitely feels like 5.
Staff is great and polite and the rooms are very clean.

The Reception made our Check-in process a breeze and allowed us to occupy our room right away before the stated time. Room 230 is spacious, away from elevators and faces the forest side of the property, with a terrace. It was very clean, but a bit too dark. Linens, towels, mattress, and pillows are good quality. But, to my surprise, one towel was really thin and had six holes in it. The service at this hotel was above and beyond our expectations. For lunch, having the restaurant arranged for an event, a table was set up in minutes at the lobby, facing the pool for us. The food, presentation and service were the best we have had in a long time. The included buffet breakfast offers items for all tastes and/or diets. Dinner was a great experience as well and prices are more than reasonable for the quality and the service. The only critic is that they offer the same menu for both lunch and dinner. With a two night stay, we had the chance to try dishes we did not have for lunch. The Spa offers many types of services and treatments. Unfortunately, our short stay allowed us for just a small sample. The Spa space is beautiful, and the therapists were very good. As hotel guest you can get a discounted price. Parking is free for guests. We recommend this property and would love to go back for a longer Spa Vacation.

We came here manu times before the renovation. And we were completely surprised. It’s so beautiful and those colours…..so warm and cosy. A new modern fantastic hotel. We are always so happy when we arrive in Vieira.
The dinner was also very very good! The hotelstaff is friendly and helpfull. What do you want more?

A very good experience overall. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very attentive and always present in a non introsive way. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
The Hotel is located in the center of Monte Real but the surrounding area is mostly nature based. Among others, the Hotel has tennis courts, bycicles and a mini-golf course to enjoy yourself.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy quietness. The rooms are very nice with view on the countryside. The restaurant and bar are well decorated. Outside you can find several trails and activities on the way to the spa facility which in my opinion is a must if you stop by.

We were just passing by and stayed one night. Hotel was clean, nice and neat. The forest next to the hotel welcomes you in the morning with pine scents. Location was good, breakfast was outstanding with delicious cheese and bread selection. Strongly recommend.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay in June. The stuff was helpful. The room is perfect and the included dinner and breakfast are great taking in consideration the average of Portugal and quality-price ratio. Also, there is some sightseeing places around and available spa (small) but enough for 2h (16€). Tenis, mini golf and nature to run. We had a perfect relaxing couple of days! Would 100% recommend it!

Amazing hotel, great integration between classic and modern, very friendly staff. The bedrooms are truly nice and the SPA was one of the most calming and relaxing spa experiences we have had. Definitely worth a comeback.
