Our trip to Douro Valley was absolutely perfect! Haley did an excellent job planning the most fabulous day for us! From the start, our driver and guide Pedro was amazing! He picked us up at our hotel in a beautiful car where he whisked us away to begin our adventure for the day. The small town we visited was beautiful and we happen to be there during a celebration. We arrived at Quinta Nova and had a wonderful tour and tasting .The staff was so kind and knowledgeable and taught us a great deal about the still wines and port. Our lunch was amazing. Unfortunately it was raining so we had to dine inside, but the sun decided to shine for a moment after lunch. We were able to enjoy some wine on the terrace and capture some gorgeous photos of the vineyard. We had such a great day and Pedro was outstanding! Such a smart and fun guy! We can’t thank you enough for arranging this special visit for us!

Yesterday my wife and I took the private tour of Sinatra and the surrounding area. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life and a day we will not forget. This is mainly attributed to the professionalism of Classic Portugal Tours. They reached out to us days before regarding our itinerary. They made themselves very easy to contact, by consistently displaying their phone number and picking up each and every time I called. Our tour guide, Gonçalo, was exceptionally knowledgeable, earning a degree in history and more than qualified to lead our tour. He was able to answer any and all questions. He was passionate about the subject matter, which was very refreshing. The itinerary did not make you feel too rushed. It was the perfect duration. The car was clean, spacious, with a glass roof to take in the landscapes. I could not say enough positive things about Classic Portugal Tours, a highly recommended way to take in culture, cuisine, history, and all Portugal has to offer.

We had an amazing time on a private tour to Alcobaca, Nazare and Obidos with Classic Portugal. It's a nice day tour from Lisbon with not too much driving and a reasonable amount of time in each location. Our guide was Gonçalo - knowledgeable and easy to talk with, he also gave us great tips on local bakery and restaurant :)

Hayley at Classic Portugal organized and planned a 10-day tour of Portugal for me and a friend, with a guide and driver to accompany us on the entire trip.
