Esperei muito tempo para ser atendida

Went in to cancel my NOS account (phone and tv) they wouldn’t let me cancel in the store. I called the NOS number to cancel and they requested to speak to a NOS representative in the store to scan documents to prove I do not live/work in portugal to some type of portal. NOS employee Marta refused to speak to anyone on the phone and was extremely rude. She scanned the documents in silence. The documents were submitted to the portal and account was canceled. This store is was extremely unhelpful and rude. They explain nothing and locked me into a 2 year contract without my knowledge last year.

Staff unfriendly, service poor and slow. Nobody willing to help me to buy internet. Went to MEO and they got what I needed in no time.
