Fuji Guia Sushi Restaurant & Bar

A great sushi restaurant! Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants. Great sushi mix in the menu! The waiter did a great job and I really like the experience! My parents and I really enjoyed the sushi! One of the things that I would recommend is to add some background calm music to make a better vibe.

If you're still hesitating you want to sacrifice one dinner of Portuguese cuisine and eat sushi instead - don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed! These were one of the best sushi we've tried. We ordered take away but would love to come and eat in the restaurant too. We loved each and every piece of the set we've ordered (chef's choice mix of sushi and sashimi). Absolutely delicious!

Perfect date night spot with the best sushi. The food is so delicious and fresh and the service was very attentive. I really enjoyed the atmosphere - linen covered tables, appealing bar, and fun lighting. Make the effort and visit this restaurant in person, not just take out. It is a fun experience. The only thing that could make it better is if Fuji was open earlier than 19:00 hr.

Top quality sushi and sashimi at an affordable price +great service.

We had no idea what to expect and the sushi blew our minds! The sushi was fantastic - some of the most delicious and most unique I've ever had. Very unusual and different from other sushi I've had in various places in the world. The fish and everything else was impeccably fresh. Presentation was gorgeous, like a work of art brought to the table. Service was fabulous.

Some of the most delicious Japanese food I’ve ever had, with some fusion twists. The almond shrimp tempura was off the charts tasty. The Tuna tataki was as soft as butter.

Best sushi I have tried for a long time. Definitely more expensive than one € sign, but definitely worth it.

Staying nearby, enjoyed a lovely 3 course dinner. Servers suggestions were spot on. Ordered from the sushi menu, although there is a second menu with many more international choices. Started with the feta and garlic naan bread. Started with the ceviche (which I highly highly recommend) and a spicy tuna role. Finished with some sashimi and chef’s choice combinations. Lovely wine selection as well as great atmosphere.

We had a very large group, with 2 options. Food was great, very tasty, and generous portions. A wonderful place for our party. They were not quite ready for bar service while we waited. A few people got left out and did not get their food until most of us were finishing eating, and we had to complain to get their attention. Remember to check that everyone got food!
They took care of it. Sorting the checks was fine, we queued up, and paid our respective bills.
Of course, we will come again!

Fish quality never disappoints in Cascais, but this little place was a great hidden surprise; high quality fish selection and very good wines! Always go for the local options!

What a lovely dinner. Super fresh sushi and don't forget to try chicken Biriani.

Lovely restaurant. Beautiful food and fantastic service. We arrived too early to check in to our apartment and we went to Fuji Guia Sushi as it was part of the complex and it was the best decision we made that day. Come for the food and come back for the ambience and service.

Excellent presentation to go with excellent sushi and traditional fish dishes and Argentinian steak for red meat eaters.

The best sushi 🍱 in Cascais. Chef from Nepal 🇳🇵 unbelievable. It’s an incredible experience. For infants 👶 I recommend the grilled fish 🐟
