This is a local Portuguese restaurant. No frills, but the food is amazing ! I went there with a local Portuguese friend and was not disappointed. It is famous for Potas (small squid) but you cannot go wrong with anything !. The fish soup was amazing, the portions are huge and the prices very reasonable. Cash only.

Died and went to heaven and woke up here with a plate of delicious sardines and a carafe of red wine. Plain food, simple ingredients, heavenly tastes. Missing just one ingredient... my lovely wife. I will be back with my love in tow for the perfect meal. And all for a few euro... I almost dont want too many people to know about it...

At dinner consider at least 30min waiting for a table after 8:30pm, locals have dinner around that time and it gets really crowdy

Good place with amazing local food

Perfect place for Portuguese style food. Very typical, nothing posh, simple but tasty. Totally worth the money we paid. Highly recommended

Delicious seafood and fish! You should come few minutes before lunch or dinner to catch best table, because there are a lot of people usually. It is a very popular place in Espinho.

Arrived at 2100 and there were people outside waiting for a table. This is the only reason I wanted to go in! Gave my to 'the man' and waited about 15 mins. Small menu but it's all you need. Mainly fresh fish, but also nice slabs of spare ribs if you fancy meat. Served with cornbread and potatoes, carrots. Receipt below for 2 people. We had the full portion of 12 sardines, salad, 1 litre of sparkling wine, and 2 coffees... €19.40 😉

Amazing hidden spot away from tourists. We had a great Robalo. Worth the price and plenty of food.

Wonderful place very friendly staff great food and service. We got there at the right time on a Saturday evening about quarter past 7 by the time we were leaving there was a line out the door and down the street will definitely visit again on next trip to Portugal

One of my favourite restaurants, if you are travelling to Porto stop by espinho ans eat perfectly cooked sardines and squid for £6 pax with vinho Verde
