B-PARTS.com - Used Car Parts

We ordered a part for our car, which arrived fine with tracking included. Part was in good condition, as described on the website, and worked fine, but didn't help our car, so we returned it and got our money back within a few weeks. Had contacted customer service to make sure the return would work, and they said if the part still works it would (and it did).
The only negative was that we had to pay for shipping to return the item, but otherwise highly recommended, especially for parts that are obsolete and can't be bought normally online!

Hard to find part at a reasonable price.

Luckily no damage to the part.
just packing in some cardboard not ideal for item containing glass though !

7 days around the word - very impressed. Part was on the expensive side, but pretty uncommon at the same time.

With 1 day handling, 6 day international shipping and all other fees included - price now seems pretty good.

Part itself was the exact item pictured and packaged adequately. Automated emails kept me updated along with courier tracking.

Ordered my part not thinking it would have arrive a scam site
but I was wrong totally the part arrived well packaged and undamaged and I was able to track it all the way here I would like to recommend you too all who would read this and my family and friends excellent customer service

Part arrived exactly in the condition I expected and worked perfectly in my car. This was a good find. Shipping took a little while, but that was also expected. I'm sure if you email them you could organise express shipping, but for me the entire process was smooth and I was happy to stumble upon B-Parts

Have just receive my Part for my Mercedes slk from B-Parts and was a bit sceptical about buying outside the Uk, but must say the part arrived very quickly and fully trackable and would will use them again.
