Really nice decor, food, staff and ambiance

Cash only!! Just a little off the main freeway, this little town’s main restaurant is charming and unusual. It’s a strange blend of food; all very tasty. Attentive staff, fun, kitchen decor (think your crazy Austria uncle’s mixed with Spanish country music) make this place a memorable stop on our Portuguese road trip. Their menu is available in English but you still might have some surprises (all pleasantly delicious). Nice house wine. Clearly a local favorite.

Very traditional place with quite interesting decoration. I've tried the beef pica pau and the chicken pica pau woth mushroom. Both were very delicious. Great place, really enjoyed it.

The lady of the Writing museum gave me the advise to go here for lunch. I'm happy I followed her advise. This restaurant cooks the best Porco preto. The service is friendly.

It's a very nice place in Almodovar. We had some typical porco preto from the menu. The food was very tasty and the whole experience was very good. Definitely a place to recommend.

Um local muito pitoresco e com comida espectacular! A repetir!

Um restaurante com uma decoração fora do normal. Uma bonita combinação de cores e muita madeira trabalhada. Pessoal simpático Q.B. Comemos uma grelhada mista de porco preto, estava fantástica. Recomendo. Atenção à hora do fecho, por volta das 21:00 horas.

Simplesmente maravilhoso. Com algumas dúvidas acerca do restaurante a escolher para jantar encontrámos este que nos deixou com a expetativa bastante elevada. E correspondeu a 100%. Ficámos com muita vontade de voltar. E voltaremos certamente.
