Często tam bywam i nigdy nie miałam żadnej niemiłej sytuacji, a jednocześnie żabka jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona np. są duże Mirindy Zero:)

Bardzo miła Pani z obsługi umyła mi jabłko gdy ją o to poprosiłem

Po 20 bez problemu mogłam kupić kilka produktów spożywczych i doładowanie do telefonu. To ostatnie było problemem dla pani z żabki naprzeciwko. Sympatyczna pani Samira błyskawicznie mnie obsłużyła,mam nadzieję, że inni też skorzystają z tej placówki.

Never recommend this shop to anyone!
I had a terrible incident 22.11 at 19:40 in the shop on cybernetiki 3.
I came to the shop with parcel DHL, i had paid everything online and packed it at home.
When I arrive to Zabka, there was 1 worker near the cash desk - Samira, and I was super polite and asked her about leaving the parcel here.
She said NO you can’t, you don’have label.
I explained, and showed her DHL site that it is possible to choose option “without label”. You just need to bring parcel to the shop, thats all.
5 minutes I heard from her: “I will not took this parcel, no label, go to another shop”.
She pointed me to the door with her hand.
Then when I asked her to show me the valid rules why she is saying “go to other shop” and she started to ignore me. A lot of visitors was in the shop
I cant describe how bad I felt myself.

I asked her name 3 times, cause her badge was hidden by hair, she ignored me 3 times.
It was very rude and non professional from her side to ignore the client.
I asked about the name one more time, and when she ignored me again, I did a photo of her to make complain on her to the shop owner. I know it was not correct from my side, but I spent 15 minutes talking with girl who was rude and then ignoring me.
After it immediately Samira started TALKING, and called 2 other guys to cash desk.
Seems she was very disappointed of my action. Oh really?? You felt the same as I am last 15 mins? This guys start saying: DELETE THE PHOTO. I was totally OK with it, cause I know it is not correct to make photo of another person.
And only after all this situations Samira shows me her badge. Of course I deleted photo.
Guys, it is super awful and not professional to have such people to work with clients.
Why you don’t teach people to be polite?
Why you don’t explain your workers that Zabka offer other services ?
Unprofessional and rude was my last and the latest visit to the shop.

They are not friendly

Dziewczyny kasjerki zawsze z niezadowolonymi twarzami i zawsze siedzą w telefonie, mam wrażenie, że przychodzę do nich do domu, a nie do sklepu

9 rano i zamknieta zabka… no ten interes sie moze nie udac

Zamknięty w środku dnia bez żadnej informacji, liczą jak chcą, ceny niezgodne z tym co mają na etykietkach.
