IKEA Janki

I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service was so great that I felt compelled :) The store in Janki is very nice, clean, not too crowded in off hours and the staff is helpful. But I had some great customer service when ordering a kitchen with installation. The lady that helped us with our plan was perfect...helpful with tips but not pushy. When the delivery guy dropped the countertop and broke the corner, the customer service dept immediately scheduled a next day replacement delivery. And when a miscommunication resulted in a wrong colored oven being installed (right oven, wrong color), they agreed to replace it with delivery and installation even though they didn't have to. A+ service every step of the way!

It is probably the largest IKEA in Poland. As it is situated at a mega shopping arcade, there are adequate parking places around. Poland has many IKEA manufacturing plants, and therefore, Polish people are acquainted with IKEA. I have seen that the household items including furnishing items are more popular than the furniture items. The IKEA foods are also popular. I am surprised to see that there are very few uses of English language in the store.

Product Quality that’s predictable. Customer service that’s dependable. Love the kitchen. The Vege dogs, meatballs, cheesecake.. 🤤.

The place is huge, first time i went there I was almost lost. You can buy.. Well everything here. Highly recommended to visit the place. Plus the place also sells the famed meat balls. Perfect way to end a shopping spree.

We just visited and our 5 starts go to very helpful worker Mr. slawek🙂 we meet him at the payment check out point and due to pricing issue he went up together with us to the curtains section and with a smile and solved the issue ❤ bravo to slawek and bravo to ikea keep on having only the best helpful employees 👏

Great Ikea store with plenty of parking spots available, including ones close to the exit for easy packing. Currently undergoing a renovation, so temporary restrooms are located outside of the main building.

No changes here. Kind, smiling and helpful staff. Shop well stocked. The only flaw I found was requirement to scan receipt after self checkout at the exit - well, having both hands occupied and receipt in pocket I would rather know that sooner:)

The prices have gone up considerably post covid for many items, but it's always enjoyable to visit.

It's Ikea. Huge. Crowdy. And - IMPORTANT - currently part of is under renovation (base level, food section - so hotdogs U need to buy at the outside temporary restaurant. The main restaurant on 1 floor is working properly).

Nice store with scan and pay enabled. Spacious restaurant, BBQ restaurant and fast food. Underground parking is free. A lot of other stores in walking distance mall.

At the entrance u have the sort of monitor ? Where u can choose the type of furniture u looking for..then the system shows u exactly the route on the map... + The staff are helpful and kind. 5/5 experience

Luckily not crowdy at that time. Assortment range seems to be a bit lower now. Hotdogs 🌭 tastes the same as always 😋
