Hampton by Hilton Oswiecim

Very clean room. The service was great. I told the night staff that I was gluten free and asked if they had gluten free items on the breakfast buffet. The lady told me she would let them know that they had a gluten free guest and I could also let them know in the morning. The staff seemed to have been waiting for me. I mentioned to one of them that I was told to tell them that I'm gluten free and things were set into motion. I spoke with one lady that gave me a booklet with allergens listed. I told her that I'd like an omelet. I asked if they had gluten free bread. They did! They brought out gluten free toast with the omelet. It was delicious! Thank you!

The service was great and the amount of food on the buffet was the most I've ever seen at a hotel. All the staff seemed very polite, happy and hardworking.

I asked the staff to please let the breakfast servers that I was very appreciative of all their help that morning but I wanted to make a post saying thank you as well! Thank you!!

I stayed 2 nights. It is a good hotel with friendly staff and a tasty and varied breakfast. It is very clean and is located in a good area, close to the city center and the huge park. Although we were not paying attention and thought it had 4 stars, we were not disappointed. Thank you and I wish you success!

We completely loved this hotel! It is about 1.5 miles to Auschwitz/Birkenau. Nice breakfast. Staff at front desk (Maximillian, Daina) are fabulous. Wifi was fast. Restaurant has a decent selection of meals, wines, and drinks. The AC in our room was great!
Only small issue we had was finding the hotel parking, but the girl at the front desk gave us easy directions.

We were an American family of five of all differing ages and every one of us enjoyed this hotel thoroughly. The staff is remarkably friendly, helpful, and the breakfast IS AMAZING.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Auschwitz, deciding to stay closer to the landmark versus staying in a big city, but this location was perfect. Old town charm, wonderfully priced, and is walking distance to great restaurants and eateries.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. (Thanks to the front desk staff for all the tips on where to park in Krakow, where to get amazing pierogi, and for the amazing drinks)

It was very hard for me to think about the disadvantages, I try to be objective everytime I write a review, but this time- I think I can say that there are no downsides! Maybe except the fact that they take a deposit to make another roomcard? But still, that's a minor issue...

The hotel has a very nice interior, is brand new, and the atmosphere inside is just wonderful.
The staff really seems to take pride in their hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Great room, bed and shower.

Very close to the town square having a few restaurants and shops with sweet treats. There is a walking path and park next to the river by the hotel. Also has grocery stores nearby.

Very close to Auschwitz if you are visiting there.

The hotel has a bar where you can also order food. Ate one meal here for convenience and it was good.

Would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is 5*. The staff are so friendly, the location is great for anyone visiting for Poland for the first time (like myself) Rooms are clean. Already recommended to friends and family

A little challenging to find the parking garage, but great location, very good breakfast, she nice rooms.

We spent there one night and were satisfied, everything new and renovated, staff friendly, breakfast rich, various and tasty! Parking is in the garage and not included in price.

The building is new, with all the conforts, parking directly connected to the rooms by elevator, rooms very very nice and clean, bed so comfortable, breakfast very good, personel so kind. Perfect!

This is a great location if you don't want all the tourists, it was quiet and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

We had the opportunity to stay in this hotel for three weeks, the best hotel in Oświęcim.
The best thing about this hotel are the staff, starting with the reception staff always smiling and helpful, the bar providing good entertainment, breakfast and kitchen with delicious breakfasts and very good coffee with special thanks to the chefs who really met our requests, to the ladies that cleaned our room. I will not mention anyone by name because I do not want to miss someone.
3 star ⭐ hotel with 5 star ⭐ experience from the start to finish.

Stayed here for 21 nights over two months.

I am a Marriott Titanium so initially was tempted to stay ay Courtyard Katowice.

My friend suggested that I give Hampton Oswiecim a try, and boy am I glad that he did.

Don't get me wrong, this is a Hampton and you will never mistake this place for Hilton Budapest.

However, whatever they lacked in infrastructure was more than made up for with their hospitality and kindness.

The rooms were warm and bright with large windows, well maintained and had almost everything you will need.
(Missing a fridge, which you can still request from the front desk)

Complimentary breakfast was also nice, WIFI fast enough and with enough parking space to spare.

The hotel is right next to a river, providing ample opportunity for a nice walk during the evening.

I will be back within the nezt couple of months for additional meetings but Hampton Oswiecim will definitely be my preferred choice of hotel when I'm back.

I had a great four night stay. My room was spacious and clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I've had. There was a great selection of food and it was well prepared. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. I found no negatives.

Large, smart and spacious rooms and a fabulous breakfast selection. We really enjoyed our 3 nights here and woudll go again if we revisited Energylandia. Parking available was really handy.

I liked the room. It was clean and ready for our arrival at the time. All good inside. Also it's a bit small for 3 people. But we were there for 1 night only, so it was good enough.
Breakfast was complimentary continental. It's usual breakfast of this type in "by Hilton" hotels. What I was surprised about were 2 things.
1. They granted us a free parking. Thumbs up for that.
2. Strangely for Poland, coffe was pretty good :)

Room is so big and with big and comfortable bad. Bathroom with comfortable shower. Many please for charge. Beautiful lobby.
