Cafe Bergson

We visited the cafe as part of our visit to the Oświęcim Jewish Center and Synagogue Museum. The cafe is very cozy and welcoming, has different seating options (including outdoors) and very welcoming and friendly staff. We had great cappuccinos and tried the apple pie and the carrot cake which were both amazing. Highly recommended!

A great cafe with nice and polite working staff. I highly recommend taking a cappuccino alongside a piece of cake. My favourite cake is the carrot cake which is a 10/10.

Very polite and super accommodating staff! We tried all of today's sweets and they were all very tasteful. Definitely recommend the peanut butter tart and the pumpkin cheesecake. Also, very cozy and colourful environment.

This is a must-see place in Oświęcim. It's the house of "Szymon Kluger" known as "The last jew in Auschwitz". As you can see in the photos, the place has been renovated with a stunning design while keeping the old accessories, doors, etc., as interior decor. Drinks and foods are also delicious. Totally recommended.

Great place to visit while in Auschwitz. Very close to a local museum in old synagogue can be the final point of your visit there. Tasty coffee, fabulous cakes and absolutely wonderful staff. As they run a lot international exchange you might meet people from different parts of the world. Place open and friendly for ALL human beings (and not only 😉). Special shout out to Frida de Dog! My warm recommendation!

I recently visited Cafe Bergson and I was astonished! It’s not only a phenomenal cafe with great coffee and delicious cakes, but also it’s an educational place! They organise a lot of activities for children and adults, concerts, book launches, etc. The staff of the cafe is very skilled, super nice and helpful! All of them speak fluent English, some of them also German and Ukrainian! This is the best place to come and hang around in Oświęcim! When I’m back in Oświęcim, I will definitely visit once again! ❤

A most go to in Oświęcim! If you go definitely try their bagels, they are amazing! The staff is extremely nice and the café has a great gift shop with many books on Jewish life in Oświęcim. Make sure to also pop by and see the museum!!

The most remarkable Cafe of the whole city, deeply knowledgeable staff, a broad variety of local products, and authentic interior.

Coffee and cakes always taste the best while sitting outside; there is a spacious lounge zone in front of it with benches and comfortable sun chairs.

Cafe Bergson is the best cafe you can visit in Poland! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were DELICIOUS (highly recommend the vanilla iced latte). The inside portion of the cafe is upbeat and rustic, and the outside seating is spacious with beautiful landscaping. There’s even a hammock!

The best place to sit for an amazing coffee and cake in Oswiecim and its area. Super friendly staff and extremely welcoming atmosphere. Don't forget to stop by once visiting the city, you will not regret it!!
