Cool little museum with some interesting information on the historical aspects of bathing and personal hygiene. You get to make your own soap, which is handed to you at the end of the tour.

Great place to visit and get some knowledge about the soap and dirt! I was really impressed by knowledge of the guide and the great way of briefing the history. I liked the workshops of making the soap- the unique experience! In small shop you can buy nice candles, soap and different products

Spectacular!!!! At the begging we made some soap (they gave it to us at the end) and then we learn about the history of soaps, perfumes and prejudices of the middle age... Also we learn a lot of details for many countries across the world. The guides were amazing... But I have to admit that I had my personal audio guide so if you want a tour in English the best that you can do is to ask first!

Great place to visit to get some cross history knowledge on dirt and soap. Opportunity to make ons's own piece of soap. The venue is run by young enthusiasts, eager to help with everything. The store offers all kind of souvenirs. Highly recommended.

Definitely worth visiting

Well worth the visit to learn about the history of soap. All within walking distance from stary rynek (old town square ) great place for tourists and locals alike. Tours are given in Polish or English languages daily. They have a wide selection of soaps and other bath products for purchase if you wish. Great displays as seen in photographs. You get to create your own soap which is included in price of admission to the museum.

Really nice place. You can learn a bit of history regarding people higien, when and why people stop washing themself.

Book your tickets ahead of time for scheduled tours. You'll get to make your own soap to take home. Great for kids and adults alike. The tour guide was very engaging.y entire family had fun. Would consider coming back with others. They also sell their own onsite made soaps in creative forms with a variety of natural ingredients.

Great experience for a rainy day in Bydgoszcz. Everybody from 5 year old kids to 70 year old grandma loved it. You get to make your own pretty soap and learn about history of soap and dirt. Highly recommended!

Kids and adults, this is an exhibition for everyone! Not only you learn about the history of soap and dirt(yness) in an interesting way from ancient history to nowadays, but you will leave with your own self-hand-made soap. Strongly recommend for families and even people who are not really into history.

Amazing place. Never been on any events (I quess is just for groups}. They got lots of stuff and when I visiting them twice a year it having more and more range. Love beer base soap!

Great museum, went out of their way to host an English tour for the two of us. Great for kids but adults too. Learning of the history of soap and the history of soap production and invention in the city of Bydgoszcz.

A really nice museum, which will let you make your own soap as well! You will learn a lit about the history of hygene, international as well as the importance from Bydgocsz as a soap making city. There are guided audio tours (English as well). The tickets arent expensive (approx 5 euro, summer 2018) Enjoy your visit :)

Great museum and tour. Interactive, interesting, fun. Much more than I expected from a museum about soap. Employees were really kind and spoke English too.

Very funny tour with a lot of information about History and story of soap and perfumes.we created our own soaps and we are really excited about the old collections of everyday showers and washing machines .
