Great place to be. It's a fantastic spot to start all your journeys around Bydgoszcz. There are lots of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops around. It is the heart of the city.

Great wee centre. Lots of shops, places to eat, and bars to drink. Lovely walk around. This time of year there's the Christmas Market too. So people will have the joy of squeezing through the tightest gaps. Was very busy on the first Saturday,

It’s a small city but it has nice architecture and location- by the river, very close to the gothic city of Torun.

Old Market Square is exactly where King Casimir III the Great founded Bydgoszcz in 1346 and is still a pillar of social life in the city, hosting concerts and public gatherings and fringed by outdoor seating for bars and restaurants.
An unsettling event took place here at the start of the II World War, when Bydgoszcz ‘s German residents and Poles were caught up in fighting.
The brutal resulted was the execution of 50 Polish citizens on the north side of the square- it was marked with a monument in 1969. The tenement houses around the square are from the 18th and 19th centuries and between the dining establishments are some family-run shops selling antiques and handicrafts.

Beautiful place to be. Many bars, restaurants and food & drink options. A place of incredible importance when it comes to history, geography and politics for the people of Bydgoszcz. One of my favourite places to visit when in Bydgoszcz. Definitely would recommend to any tourist. Could do with a little more greenery, but overall an amazing Square with brilliant architecture.

Big town , lots of shops , nightclubs, cinema ... etc..... I’ve been there for one day, nice place to visit enjoyed a lot , hope you all enjoy the stay in the city 🌃

You can walk river side and lots of shopping stores , restaurants, coffee shops, handicrafts , museum, old buildings and many attractions. You will like this if you visit Bydgoszcz

Nice place but not during coronavirus time.

Beautifully stunning old town of an understated city. Bydgoszcz turned into a great night out over the last few years. It would be hard to find a cheaper place to enjoy on the all nighter then here.

Now market square is renovate and more beautiful then before.

Bydgoszcz had changed a lot since the last time I was there. Everything is renewed and restored. City center is lively and full of people. It is really good touristic attraction to visit.
