Katowice

Nice and clean train station, with clear signs and timetables. There are some cafés and bakeries, and McDonald's. And there's a shopping mall directly beside the station so you can easily spend your time before your train.

If only UK train stations ran as simply as over here in Poland, Katowice a great little train station and train fares rediculously cheap

It'd be great if they modernized the tracks of this Station, and also made it a little larger

Arriving Katowice Railway Station around 12noon yesterday (Feb 15, 2022). Asked 2 patrolling security officers about trams to Hotel Novotel Katowice Centrum. They speak very good English. Lead us to the station entrance and clearly point us the way. A very warm welcome on behalf of the city of Katowice. Thank you !

Clean, easy to navigate and has very affordable meal and drink options.

Great Little City. 40 miles from the airport but worth the wait. Very clean. Friendly people. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Good place to transit. Open all night with food, refreshment and drink facilities 24h. Departure point bus to airport.

Friendly staff, useful services. Waiting area has a McDonald's and Carrefour express. Also you can print your electronic ticket in internet cafe if it need for international trips.

The main railway station in the center of Katowice. Small and clean station with all the basic necessary services facility's like currency exchange, restaurants, grocery stores etc. The outside look of station look outstanding.

Easy to get in and out of, it's a big station, has a McDonalds, what more can ya want? Very well organized

Used to be largest railway station in entire Poland.
You can get a train to Warsaw, Gdansk Wroclaw, Cracow, Vienna, Prague and Budapest from here. Tickets are also sold via internet.

Extremely good train station

our train was delayed 4 hrs but luckily my boyfriend never found out as he was asleep. thanks for the 13 hr ride pkp

Not very confusing compared to other pkp.. Plus they have the electronic staircase if you have big luggage.

Modern train station with variety of places offering food and drinks. You'll also find there a gift shop offering local memoires.

Like all train rail stations: there is place to stay, to drink or eat and there is market hall with many shops to look at or to buy when you are waiting for the train.
