I had the best experience in years!
Normally in Poland you will never find smiling nice employees! In this hotel I met the best employees I ever seen! They are amazing!

The food was nice and the best was Chicken Pane! It was wow!

The pool and spa was super nice and clean!

I 100% recommend! Specially to people with kids and couples! It’s quite because they have special places for the kids, so they are having fun without disturbing anyone!

Please appreciate the employees because they really deserve the appreciation! They were doing their best to give us the best experience in whatever we need to be happy with them!

We found a Diamond hotel as a great place to relax and charge batteries.
We liked that our room had a big balcony and it was nice and comfortable.
This is one of not many places that informed us that we can use the room a bit longer if there are no new guests coming the same day. It was a very nice gesture. Especially since the initiative was on the hotel end. We bought a stay with a breakfast package and it was a great idea. The food was variable and very tasty. After the whole day of walking, we were relaxing in the pool and sauna area. This place attract a lot of families but it didn't bother us but rather give us a family vibe feeling.
In the end, we want to say thank you to all staff that was super nice and very helpful. You can feel their goal is to make your stay great.

We've been to the hotel couple times before. We really love whole experience. For the family with two kids are always some kind of events which keep them busy. In addition there is a swimming pool and kids playroom. Food is good and the rooms are clean and cozy. We are definitely coming back.

The stay at the Diament hotel was wonderful. Very nice service, Mr. Emanuela and Ilona were especially helpful. Great room and delicious food. Great patio where we ate all our meals. The view made that we did not want to come back. As for the service, it was a third lady, but I'm rubbish with names, sorry. Either way, they all deserve ten stars.

Vegan-friendly hotel - our special request for vegan menu was satisfied - meals were very tasty and attractive. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a beautiful zone, our *** room with a balcony viewed the mountain. You find here all you need - relax, quiet, fresh air; I would recommend it for active people - easy walking, trekking, running, trail-running, cycling.

Nice hotel with kind personal for families. It's perfect as for the kinds as for their parents. Only disadvantage is that jacuzzi is too small 🙈😀

What a great hotel for families with young children. They offer good value and a really nice hotel. Our 7 year old learnt to swim in their swimming pool! We have stayed here four times in the last few years. I am sure we will go again. They even helped me start the engine one morning when it was really cold! Very kind people. Extraordinary! Best hotel for families. You will find mostly families as guests. There is some regression happening there. Restaurant design after renovation is a mix of loft and vintage. Room doors are very od design, not matching renovated interiors. In past years, you could get towers in the swimming pool entry. Not anymore. Also there are less then ever sunbeds available next to swimming pool. Some of them broken. Us being there every 2 years, we see how this place trues to keep status quo, and this is bad, while competition is moving foreward. What convinces at the end, is the price. Comparing to other hotels with kids room, swimming pool, sauna and jaccuzi, this one has best price usually. So you get what you pay for.
Oh, and the food is always delicious. Top shelf.
What I am missing the most, is social room. Place where I can come with frineds, and will not have the feeling that if I don't order anything form the bar, I am unwelcomed. This is probably the most important factor for me, that will push me to consider other place in the future.

Decided to take a room in 3* part of the hotel due to available A/C there. The room was renovated just few weeks ago, nice but small with a very small bathroom,... like a state room on a cruise ship. There are very comfortable mattresses on the beds. Each room shares one long verandah on the floor - hence expect no privacy while seated on the balcony - I have no clue why there are no dividers, even smoked glass could be a solution. The breakfast and the dinner buffet was always with varied fresh and tasty selection of food and the service staff was very pleasant. This recreational facility is really family-friendly. Nice outdoor playground for kids, swimming pool, kids playroom with attendants and real time monitoring on your TV. Overall good 3* quality, worth the money. Next time we gonna choose a room in 4* part of the hotel once it's equipped with A/C.

A very nice, tranquill place, the service was excellent, the workers were nice and helpful, a good, secure space for parking a car. A good place to relax.
