Restauracja 97

We've had a lunch and a dinner at "Restauracja 97", a new Slovenian restaurant in Bydgoszcz and have had exceptionally good meals each time. The restaurant is reasonably attractive with its decoration of a200-year-old wine press.
The menu is delicious and healthy and the positions are big. It is obvious than the owners use only high-quality products. Moreover, there we have found the best wine we have ever tried, and even have bought a bottle for take away, which we have received nicely packed. So, if you want to explore the magic of Slovenian
cuisine, visiting the restaurant is the best way.

Amazing Food, Friendly Atmosphere

Being able to taste Slovenian food is a rare privilege. It's not a well-known cuisine but once you taste it you never look back. It has a wide range of very different dishes, for all kinds of tastes. It's all very tasty since there's a lot of emphasis given on spices and herbs so even the simplest of dishes can be very special. If you couple that with a drop or two of nice Slovenian wine, that's absolute bliss.
And this is exactly what you get at the restaurant - a memorable experience your tummy will like very much. The menu is quite extensive and you can always request other dishes as well, the staff is very friendly and will cater to every demand and request. You can even ask the cook directly, can help sometimes :)
I would definitely recommend to visit the place, have a chat with the friendly owners and staff. It feels like home - but with better food :)

A new cozy restaurant in the vicinity of Focus Mall. The owners are very hospitable and friendly. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the outstanding wine selection. And it is also possible to order food delivery.
We were there on the Fat Thursday and their donuts were the best we had ever tasted.
The aromatic coffee was a perfect match to them.
We will visit the restaurant during our next trip to Bydgoszcz.

Polecam serdecznie tę restaurację! Trafiliśmy tam zupełnym przypadkiem, ale nie żałowaliśmy! Właścicielka to niesamowicie miła kobieta, chętnie opowiadała o Słowenii, była otwarta na wszelkie pytania. Obsługa również bardzo przyjazna, wesoła, szczerze uśmiechnięci ludzie. W trakcie posiłku przyszedł szef kuchni zapytać, jak smakują potrawy.
A potrawy same w sobie bardzo ciekawe. Treściwe, naprawdę można się porządnie najeść. Ceny nie są wygórowane, standardowe restauracyjne, chociaż po restauracji w hotelu spodziewaliśmy się czegoś droższego — miła niespodzianka.
Smaki kuchni słoweńskiej okazały się bardzo ciekawe i pyszne. Chociaż osobiście rozczarowałam się lodami dyniowymi, ale to kwestia przyzwyczajenia do tego, że lody są słodkie, a to były tradycyjne lody, a należy pamiętać, iż kiedyś cukier był drogim towarem. Można zatem to wybaczyć.
