The waiters were polite. We got our order very fast. The food was delicious, the portion was big and the price was very affordable. We have also got some bread before the meal and some cherry liquor along with a bill. We will definitely come again

Had a great dinner, Gregory was our waiter and he was excellent, attentive and sympathetic. We ordered for a starter cheese and potatoes pierogi and two schnitzels (pork and chicken) with fries as main dish. Everything was very very good, juicy and crispy. Beware plates might be very big, might want to share some instead. I will absolutely go back and try something different.

Had a fantastic meal. The food and service were both amazing. The best pierogi to start and would highly recommend the apple pie dessert. Thank you so much. 💖

Wow, it was great! We eat pecene koleno, 96 PLN for 1200g, potato salad, 10 PLN and two Kozel beers 1 litre, each for 16 PLN. Before we get our food, a starter is served. The portions are big, the food tasty, the beer cold and cheap and the waiter nice. They have special offer for each day of the week. Highly recommended!

Had an impromptu visit to U Szwejka with a group of seven. Despite not having a reservation, the staff promptly accommodated us and we were seated without delay. The efficiency continued as our meals arrived swiftly, even with the size of our group. While I opted for a just a cheeseburger because I wasn’t feeling that hungry, the extensive menu offered a tempting array of Czech and Polish dishes, with extremely generous portions that left my friends amazed, especially with the pork chop/schnitzel that was bigger than the plate! The restaurant’s spacious layout across multiple floors and charming rustic decor, adorned with red checkered patterns, added to the ambiance, creating a visually appealing dining environment. Overall, U Szwejka exceeded expectations with its prompt service, ample portions, and inviting atmosphere.

A brilliant place to eat but go hungry as portions are massive at very reasonable price. Our waiter Sergei was a wonderful host! Would definitely visit again

We came here looking for meat!
And it didn’t disappoint us, we had a massive plate of meat, I was just amazed with that, attention is good also and is not like they only have couple of plates, they have from soups to burgers and so on, price are completely affordable and this time for 100zł we ate 2 and still we do have left overs for home, I totally recommend this place if you are a meat lover and looking for a good place to eat meat!

Excellent restaurant in Warsaw, delicious food and tasty beer. Visited the place this week and as a Czech citizen I have to say that standard is really high. And last but not least, waitress Marika is a friendly professional that will make you feel so good there, so pray she'll be on duty at a time you come :).

What stood out the most was how Kasya went above and beyond to accommodate special requests, ensuring that everything was to my liking. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about their job. I left the restaurant feeling extremely satisfied with the service provided and it's all thanks to Kasya. The service is usually fast and the waiters and waitresses are always kind with their classic white and green uniform that makes this place what it is: a good, classic and affordable polish/hungarian/Czech Slovak restaurant. Also, which just adds to the feeling, there's always a free shot of light wódka at the end of the lunch!
