adopt is one of the best McDonald's in my life. we were a little late after closing, but the staff served us kindly and it was very, very tasty. thank you!!!

We were a small group made a pre order and the service was great very quick on a busy Saturday the restaurant was very clean. Great service very polite and helpful floor staff

Such a beautiful building! Check out the basement for the beautiful architecture and comfortable chairs and sofas. The temperature the day we visited was almost 30°c, so we ate our food sitting in comfort enjoying the air conditioning! Well worth a visit!

Quick service despite lots of customers. Good quality tasty meal. Outdoors seats available.

The interior of the building is beautiful, you can go downstairs which feels cave-like .
McDonald’s is standard everywhere in the world , however I had not tried a Mcbreakfast like this .
Pork patty in a soft seeded bun with rocket and lettuce and cheese .
Very fancy for McDonalds and was very tasty .

Very modern styled restaurant which is kept clean. But longer wait for food then expected as a very busy restaurant.

Usually I would avoid McDonald's in my vacations. However, this one is absolutely s surprise. Based on the price, decoration, and the service, McDonald's is above average standard in Poland. It reminded me a lot the McDonald's in China in the 90s. In case you are not a fan of Polish style, check it out. The breakfast is also worthy to try.

This is a very nice McDonalds I enjoyed my meal here. My Big Mac meal came to ZL24.20. That’s less than £5 but I would suggest eating here rather than McDonalds in the main square because it costs more in that one about ZL25.90.

Thisis the 19th century restaurant which is very oldest ever in krakow and the best place ever staff are so help full everyone are friendly and cleaning level 10 of 10 on security also very good and about food is everyone know mac food so it's awesome forever.

The food was beyond expectations! Beautifully cooked and presented. They could teach the UK and New York a thing or two on how food should taste.

What you'd expect from a McDonald's, good selection of food, with a few extras that aren't found in the UK. Service was quick and food was hot. Let down by what seemed to be a group of homeless that were outside accosting passersby, and some looking like they were targeting for pickpocketing. Police turned up to deal with one who looked like he'd been in a fight.

What can I say it's the same whatever country your in I might the staff in this Polish one were very helpful and friendly though.

Excellent place with unique interior! Nice and comfortable location, right in the heart of Krakow historic part of the city.

Easy to get from there to any main places or places in the center city.

Bets McDonald's I've been to. Staff can speak English very well. It's like a place in the cave. Very beautiful. Architecture is out of this world and the place overall is clean.

Food is very good and in cheap price. Loved it. Yes, bathroom are clean as well and are in the basement.

Clean restaurant with quick service. Plenty of available seats to say it was early evening.
