I always visit Empik in Sopot when I'm in Tricity. It has a good selection of books and magazines. There's also a wide range of board and novelty games available. I especially like the section devoted to foreign languages although I couldn't find much on learning Arabic.
I was also impressed with the waiting time for a delivery to this branch - it only took 2 days for the item to arrive (and it was before Xmas).
All in all, it's an all-encompassing shop where everyone is bound to have a pleasant shopping experience.

In an age where everything online Empik provide an excellent bricks and mortar experience. We went in there at 8.45pm as we were looking for a DVD. We received excellent advice on the new movies out there and the gentleman there showed a real love of movies and providing a wonderful retail experience. What a great store!

Good selection of stuff anyone could need. Books, magazines, periodicals, school supplies, knick-knacks, etc. I do miss the old times when people could sit at tables, order coffee and spend quality time reading newspapers and magazines on the spot.

Every time I am going to buy books or gifts it is the place I can find what I want. Empik is with me from my youngest age. Now is much bigger and have more to choose from.

Gdy jestem w Sopocie zawsze tam wchodzę. Miła obsługa i sporo towarów wyłożonych, których nie znajdzie się na półce w innych EMPiK ach.

Bardzo duży wybór literatury. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Często tam zaglądam i zawsze wychodzę z książkami. 👍
