Bardzo profesjonalna i pomocna obsługa sklepu. Czysto i schludnie, mimo że sklep znajduje się na dosyć dużym lotnisku i przewija się przez nie bardzo dużo ludzi. Pan Dawid zna odpowiedź na każde pytanie, prowadził ze mną bardzo elokwentną rozmowę, gorąco polecam!!

Świetna obsługa i doradztwo w zakupach! Na pochwale zasługują Panowie Dawid i Daniel-pełen profesjonalizm!

Fenomen letniskowych sklepów "wolnoclowych" zadziwia mnie i chyba nie przestanie. Są potrzebne, bo jak lecisz bez bagażu rejestrowanego to jedyne miejsce gdzie kupisz alkohol o pojemności powyżej 100 ml. Ceny zwykle są z kosmosu, wyższe od regularnych kilkukrotnie, to po co jest sprawdzanie tych kart pokładowych. Czyżby byli desperaci chcący wedrzeć się do strefy dla pasażerów, aby kupić bez biletu drogą wódkę, nie sadzę.

05Apr‘23, 4pm I bought Heets. I was on the phone, ordered corretly, paid and just saw (after I paid, but I was still in the shop) that it was the wrong flavoir of Heets. Recognizing this I simpled asked to exchange, the product and receipt still in my hand.
The guy at the desk as well later his boss refused any exchange of the product, this would be the policy of the shop. I asked to speak to the manager, she would be the manager; I asked to speak with the owner, he is not available.
Statements like, its our rule, its your problem; I do not care about European rules created more and more concerns on my side about the attitude and values of the owner and his team ….
So DON‘T BUY HERE!!!!

This shop are complete crooks, cheating international tourists. They bank the VAT (23%) for international travellers. Don't give them your boarding pass. Polish trading standards should be doing their job and closing them down

Unfortunately Zero star does not exist because it would be well deserved… very bad service with really unpolite way to talk. Don’t spend time nor money here…
