One of the best restaurants in Bydgoszcz, Poland. It is a bit expensive but totally worth going for it's excellent food quality and wine variety.

Really pleasant evening. The server was polite and attentive, but not pushy. Food was exceptional, but portions moderate in size. They were just enough. Unfortunately they had already run out of salmon . Maybe next time tjough

When visiting Bydgoszcz, my first restaurant visit is always Memo.
I’ve dined here several times and have never had a bad experience.
The food is simply top notch and the service is to match.
What makes this place doubly appealing is the fact you’re gourmet dining at amazing prices. This is quite typical of Poland to be honest.
It isn’t an extensive food menu for sure, but to me that’s the essence of a good restaurant - a focus on quality rather than quantity. But it’s enough choice to settle on something you like. They do have a fairly comprehensive wine menu though: and a decent bottle will only set you back about 100pln (£20 or so), which for a restaurant of this standard is simply excellent.
Overall, just great.

Went there for dinner with a whole bunch of amazing people. The service was great, staff was friendly, the food was beyond expectation.
After I left, the staff called a taxi for me and told me where to wait. I took a wrong turn and after the taxi arrived they followed me and brought me to the taxi.
5/5, would go there again!

The dishes are jgood and the wines perfectly chosen. The service girls are charming and the prices reasonnable for such a classy place. Enjoy.

Very nice and cozy place for dinner. The host was very warm and receiving, nicely explained the menu and guided. Overall a very good experience.

To, że jest w Memo kuchnia wysokiej klasy to już wszyscy wiedzą.
To, że jest miła atmosfera to też już wszyscy wiedzą.
Nawet to, że desery są bardziej niż rewelacyjne to też nie jest nowość.
Fakt jednak jest też taki, że na każde pytanie na temat kuchni "jak to powstało, w jakiej temperaturze, a jakie składniki itd..." każde zostało zaspokojone w pełni.
Podziwiamy cały zespół za super zgranie i stworzenie bardzo ciepłej i otwartej atmosfery.
Dla mnie ,co było bardzo ciekawe, to też świetna biblioteczka kulinarna i bardzo dobra kawa.
Oczywiście chleb pszenny na zakwasie żytnim to też wspaniały prezencik na "dzień dobry ".
Gratulujemy "pierwszej czapki" i czekamy na następną...ciao

Dość eleganckie miejsce. Świetna obsługa. Jedzenie z opowieścią, pyszne i drobne. Jak masz nieco większy budżet, zdecydowanie warto.

Foie Gras najlepsze w tej części Polski! Wspaniałe podane, plus obsługa na najwyższym poziomie.
Skończyło się tak, że wzięlismy 6 porcji foie gras na wynos.

W restauracji panuje domowy klimat.
Panien kelnerki są uprzejmie i pomocne. Menu - akurat byłem na urodzinach koleżanki więc menu było skrojone pod gości. Zupa z kaczki pycha, tatar super, danie rybne z owocami można nie przypadło mi do gustu ale inne dania jak stek bardzo dobre. Nie można zapomnieć o deserze, miałem ciasto czekoladowe, esencja czekolady 😉
Brakowało mi tylko informacji o składzie alergenów w menu, chyba że informacja podana jest na głównej karcie.

Oryginalne zestawienia smaków, malutkie ilości różnorodnych smaków w daniu powodują, że potrawa smakuje zupełnie inaczej niż w tradycyjnym wydaniu, dania estetyczne wizualnie, gościliśmy wielokrotnie z dziećmi, za każdym razem w miłej atmosferze, choć obsługa różna - panie kelnerki miewają nastroje, jak każdy. Dla nas jedno z ulubionych miejsc w Bydgoszczy.

Bywam tutaj często i właściwie wszystko było albo dobre albo bardzo dobre albo wybitne. Ceny nie są najniższe, ale w porównaniu do ilości i jakości - stosunkowo niskie, np. 4 daniowe menu degustacyjne to koszt 100 zł. Restauracja, która nie ma sobie równych w Bydgoszczy i nawiasem mówiąc w Toruniu również!!!
