City Hotel

A really pleasant surprise. Initially, I planned a one night stay but extended my stay to two nights.
Great location near Bydgoszcz's city centre and old town, spacious rooms, lovely and professional service. What else would you like to get?

- Hotel's restaurant serves really tasty meals at affordable prices.

Modern hotel with friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and a great breakfast. The restaurant was quiet but served a very nice, quality evening meal with a good wine. I booked through the hotel web site.

Breakfast is great. Rooms are just ok. Location is very good. Lots of spiders in the parking garage and we had some in our room.

The hotel is located close to the center, very clean and tidy. Very friendly reception staff also restaurant staff, clean restaurant with good breakfast 🙂👌👍

Excellent service. Caught covid so had to spend a week in isolation in a room in this hotel. Staff was fantastic, and gave extra stuff so that I was more comfortable.

My stay at the City Hotel was one of the most pleasant one I have ever had in a hotel. The staff were most welcoming and helpful from my arrival to checkout. On my arrival i was informed that the wedding would be taking place on Saturday and the hotel would be most happy to move my room should i wish to at any time. The wedding party noise was almost non existent but the gesture was most appreciated. The rooms was clinically clean and the housekeeping staff most friendly and accommodating (thank you Alicja).
Breakfast was buffet style, fresh and plenty full.
It was only on the last day that i realised i could have breakfast in my room at no extra charge. I have requested it for 7.30 and the room service were punctual to the second. I have no reservations to recommend it to any one and on any budget.

Hotel is very well.

1. Room is clean and adequate to the standard,
2. Bathroom is clean, fresh and tidy,
3. Staff is perfect: nice and handsome reception desk manager, very professional and charming room waitress, everybody is helpful and well tempered,
4. I have ordered a pizza-supper. One of the best "Quattro staggioni" pizza I have ever ate...
5. Wine quality is matched to its price.

Hotel near city centre and have good connections with other parts of Bydgoszcz. I recommend for short or longer visits in Bydgoszcz.

Large rooms with good facilities, nice food in the restaurant and room service too. Excellent helpful and friendly staff. 2 single duvets on a double bed is a bit strange but not the worst thing.

Great hotel, near the city. We can walk for anywhere. The service is fabulous, the breakfast is so huge we can eat everything.
The hotel has a sauna, a jacuzzi and a little gym.

Good service, tasty breakfasts, clean and cozy rooms, good location of the hotel. But some furniture needs to be changed.

The have a professional team of staff, very helpful and make the effort to be supportive. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff. Only 10min walk to Old Town. For those shoppers amongst you, only 10mins to a lovely large Mall.
