Great food and ambience. Staff was really friendly. All in All great new addition to Changla Gali. Will definitely come back.

Hotel and restaurants at changla gali Abbotabad road

We checked out an hour after we got here because the hotel was in such abysmal condition. The toilets do not work, the sinks and floors were dirty and filled with gunk. They failed to tell us that the Changlagali branch was under renovation and refuse to refund our advance deposit. Zia Sahab is not responding to us and refuses to rectify the situation. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Worst experience in this hotel , staff member zeeshan & akeel bohat batameez thai..
Pic mei dikhattay kch hai or hotta kuch hai..
Firstly agreed for heater then they refused to provide & then ask for charges.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone .

the entrance had a blocked gutter line!
dated 9 Sep 2019.
washrooms lines were also choked,

the managment was reluctant in helping the guests.
