The Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology is a public university located in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. It was established in 2014 on the initiative of the then Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. It was named after the famous Sufi poet Khwaja Ghulam Fareed.

Best university in region of southern Punjab. Offers more than 90 degree programs including m.phill and Phd. Building consists on 275 acers. More than 10,000 students are studying here from areas of Pakistan but most are from Rahimyar Khan, Khanpur, Saqiabad and some closest cities of Sindh. Its a blessing for people of southern Punjab.
