Mandir Shiv Amarnath Barfani

The temple, commonly referred to as Hathi Mandir or Barfani Mandir, is located on National Highway 44 near Nalwa Bridge in Pathankot and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is a famous accommodation option for visitors visiting the holy cave of Amarnath in Kashmir. The Barfani Sewa Dal maintains and manages the temple, however access may be prohibited for bikes and walkers. The management committee does not take donations.

Beautiful temple in Pathankot city. Parking facilities also. Very good view of the temple. The temple belongs to Bhole Nath. You can visit the temple with your family and friends. The temple is situated outside the city. It is on the highway. The river flows near to it. It makes a good atmosphere. So you all are requested to visit the temple. Visit the temple and be blessed.

Barfani Mandir, known for Lord Shiva. Before highway restructuring here used to be 2 elephants on the ground entrance.
