Crossing the river to visit the temple was a really good experience!! Basically it's built on an island. It's a pretty big place and the people there are quite cooperative. They assist you in visiting the whole temple and share historical aspects as well 👍

Visited this place on 21st february 2021 and i was very happy to see this Hindu temple well taken care of. It is a beautiful and peaceful place. You will have to take a 5 minutes boat ride to reach here since its built on an island. Its a must visit place in Sukkur.

It is a beautiful Iceland in Sukkur which contains Hindu Temples, library, and accommodation space for the visitors during the events.
The managing staff is very much cooperative. Plus the guide staff inside temple and library is also nice.

Visit time 9 am to 5 pm. Hindu can visit by showing NIC but Muslims need a pass to visit the mandar that can got from Evacuee Trust office located nearby at Shalimar.
Boat ride is required to go to Mander as it on island. Beautiful views from river bank an d inside.

Sadhu Bela, popularly known as Saadh Belo Mandir, is one of the oldest and the most beautiful temples in Pakistan. Located at an island in River Indus near Sukkur, Sadhu Bela is a place where, two hundred years ago, Bhanchand Achariya aka Baba Bankhandi Mahraj worshiped Shri Anumpurna Devi for forty years. The Devi then incarnated before him as a reward and blessed him with many gifts.
Besides Sadhu Bela weighs as a Teerath ( greater Hajj) for Hindus, it is also centre of attraction for the people of other religions: its unique location, mesmerizing temples and Ashrams, and the serenity that prevails here most of the time surely take hold of ones aesthetic sense.
The evening, to most of the people, here is scary. But in my case, I witnessed the most beautiful sunset here after Juliyan. As the Sun goes down, the Pandit plays Shanaka, that echoes all around the island, as a call for evening prayers; the birds flock before the drowing sun ; and the more often Jumps of Dolphins in Indus can be witnessed.
