We had such a lovely holiday at Skardu and Shigar over the last week using Karakoram RAC Services.

I cannot thank our most amazing driver Muhammad Ali enough for his expert professionalism along the way. He was our driver, tour guide, picture taker and was available constantly. He took care of us as if we were his own family.

Coming to Skardu was a dream holiday for us and having the right driver made our trip so much more memorable. I would highly recommend him. Disheartened to leave, but I'm hoping to be back very soon!

I availed the services of Karakoram Rent a Car for our 10 day Skardu trip with family. We really enjoyed the trip especially Mr. Kamal who was exceptional guy with whom we covered all mesmerising spots. We used Karakoram RAC to travel around Skardu. Our driver was Kamal sahib, who was not only very smooth driver but also an energetic and extremely caring person. We were two women travelling and my mother was elderly. Kamal sahib drove us around Skardu, he had great knowledge of the area and also helped us buy goods from the local market and took my mom to hospital and took many pictures for us.

RAC owner Anees Sahib was great too . He didn't only provide car rental services, but also arranged hotel, accomodations.

My friend and I utilized Karakoram RAC services for our Skardu trip. Alhamdulillah, our experience was greatly enriched as a result of their excellent service.

The owner, Anees bhai, is beyond helpful and always available for questions/suggestions/discussion before, during, and after the trip. He helped book accommodations in addition to providing a car and driver for the duration of the trip.

Special mention for our driver and local guide, Kamal bhai. Kamal bhai is knowledgeable, friendly, competent, and most importantly, an incredibly good person at heart. Our trip would not have been the same without his guidance and company. We plan on utilizing his services for our next visit as well In Sha Allah.

Had a great experience for the 7 days I used the service. The car was well maintained/clean and kept up to date. The Company and the Owner were very accommodating if there was any issue. The most wonderful thing was the person (Muhammad Ibrahim) who drove us around. Not only he was highly skilled and professional but a wonderful human and a perfect guide - his presence made the entire journey much more fun and content. We had a great experience. Our driver was Shehryar. He was very professional and went above and beyond. He is a great driver and navigates tough and technical roads with no difficulty. He also acted as our guide and suggested us places to visit. He even helped us find guides for hikes we did. Totally recommended!

One of the most amazing tours, that I ever had, was of Skardu with Karakoram RAC.

From the very first step of landing on the Skardu Airport to the time of departure, the owner and his team never let us feel that we were on our own. They always helped and guided us through each step of the tour.

They didn't only provide car rental services, but also helped arrange hotel, accomodations and the driver guided us through the places all around Skardu. The Driver (Kamal) is an energetic person, he also helped us buy goods from the local market on nominal prices.

I feel pity for the people who travel on their own cars to Skardu, they are missing all the insight, hospitality, hidden points and a worry free holiday experience.

In Pakistan you are always worried about booking things online but our experience with them has been amazing to say the least. Mr. Shehryar was our driver waiting for us at the airport and was in constant communication with us. He not only was our driver but a full on guide and supporting crew for our filmmakers team. Absolutely reccomending without a shadow of a doubt.

I used KKR services for my trip to skardu and had an amazing experience! Our rider was Ibrahim and he was an excellent driver, guide and human being! He helped us cover most of skardu and it’s surrounding cities in 4 days - he also helped me trek to one of the best rock climbing peaks behind shigar fort! The car was a 4 by 4 which was in great condition, clean, Bluetooth enabled, and fuel efficient as the service and experience turned out to be not only comfortable but economical as well! I came to know about Karakorum Rent a car through RHS vlog for skardu. I contacted them and booked my 05 days stay with them. Little did I know that they will make the stay most memorable. They provided car details before my flight took off from Islamabad. The driver Younus chacha was already at the airport. He made our trip so memorable always telling us about the places we were visiting and always recommending us about place selection for that day keeping in view about weather.
We felt like a part of family with him. Their staff is very courteous. They are highly recommended specially for family visits because they will make sure you will get the best experience while your stay at skardu. I must also mention sherhyar. He came all the way to our hotel to see us off and thanked us for our stay at skardu.

Tl;dr: Fantastic service, clean car, super responsive team, accommodating throughout.

If you are looking for all inclusive car rental services, look no further. I can vouch for the quality of their service. Super prompt, always on time, excellent communication both by the driving team as well as the administrative team.

We spent 4 days in Skardu, Shehryar picked me up at the airport and served as our driver, travel guide as well as photographer. He asked how many days we were there for and gave us a fantastic plan. Most of the things were in our list to attend, but he showed as additional fantastic place e.g. Suq valley. He gave honest opinions about places to visit vs avoid, took us to cheaper places for shopping and served as a fantastic photographer throughout. Each day he organized the spots in order of maximum return on time spent. Gave us a nice historical perspective on each site we visited as well as key areas in Skardu.

The administration was equally responsive and ready to support any of our needs.

Our guide/driver Mohammad Ali was fantastic. Polite, respectful and full of knowledge about all parts of skardu. He made our trip amazing. Always on hand for anything that we needed and always ready to go the extra mile. He even helped our young kids on our hike up and own kharpocho fort :) whenever we go back we will definitely look for him!

My journey was from Islamabad to Skardu and the duration of the trip was 10 days. I have enjoyed a lot by seeing the beautiful places, people and mountains.
