Super cool and calm place to visit in low budget. Really like to be there. Specially Attock khurd station.

Nice place especially when you see historical place like this you're feeling are can't explain in words. This bridge was made in 18 century but still there it was amazing. Iron was so strong.you can enjoy boating here and also go fishing and if you are good at cooking you can also enjoy it.

The bridge was assembled and fixed in 1880. It is a multipurpose bridge with two level.
The first is for pedestrians and light traffic whereas the second level for train that was established in 1919.
Presently 1st level is closed for any kind of traffic except pedestrians and bikers.

The area is really nice with beautiful views of the darya e sindh. Best time to visit is in winters. Also when you cross the bridge you can also visit Attock Khurd railway station that also a must see.

Historical place for history lovers

This bridge is constructed by Westwood,Baillie and Co in 1880, Westwood, Baillie and Co was a Victorian engineering and shipbuilding company based at London Yard in Cubitt Town, London.

The company was set up in 1856 by Robert Baillie and Joseph Westwood, previously managers of Ditchburn and Mares shipyard.[1]

Partly as a result of a fall in demand due to the financial crisis of 1866, a period of financial stress and reorganisation resulted in Westwood and Baillie acting as managers for the London Engineering & Iron Shipbuilding Company Ltd, until they regained control in 1872.[2]

For much of its life the company produced iron and steel work for bridges. In 1887 the company made the girders for the Lansdowne Bridge over the Indus River, then the longest rigid girder bridge in the world. (Information source: Wikipedia)

Very beautiful historical place
Superb architecture built in 1880 during the British era. The Bridge is made heavy steel structure. Simply awsome

It can be a good tourist resort but in the name of security army as captured this area as they captured 70% of other historical places of Pakistan.

A place to visit specially for new generation to see old times technology and a piece of art. Very beautiful place.

A gr8 engineering marvel but sadly it hasn't been developed for tourism. 1 has to experience train crossing above you.

Bridge is very strong and beautiful of its made of strong iron in 19 century.

It is an excellent place everyone must visit it has significant historical value. Need administrative attention by related departments specially (cleanliness, safety, security related to local teenager goons). There are no reasonable restaurants or public toilets, you must visit in daylight and ladies are not advised to travel alone here so plan accordingly.

Old attack Bridge 🌉is famous for place before separation of pakistan and India. Now it is a tourist places.
