Selling stolen and Price-Cut medicines at higher than retail prices. Abusive and third class responses when informed that price cutting and selling out-of-karachi medicines is illegal. Little to no customer service. Understaffing. Parking outside is a major issue, since traffic gets easily jammed. Hospital has hogged all parking spaces and given zero parking to customers.
