Attention for the management of 7 Eleven. You should improve your ATM Machine system in here and this is also for your IT dept. my pnb card was retained just because you thought "my card was reported lost or stolen " but it wasn't and there's no explanation from the staff since they were told just to call the number you have put there. I know how your customer service and it was not helpful for us either. There's someone like me that has encountered same issue, an old man,his pension card was retained,
he's old he has no phone number ,no money since he's waiting for his pension from that card.

Can you please try to resolve this. I entered correct pin and it suddenly retained my card. You should try to improve your system or try to change contractor for the machine it's better. Some 7 eleven ATM machine in Manila doesn't retained cards even if I entered 3 incorrect pin. They just locked it for 24 hrs. I hope you'll do the same in the future.

ps. I didn't post this for you to be hated , I am suggesting that you should help us if there's some issue like this with the machine since we always go to the store for convenience then what we got is inconvenience. Thanks!!
