The staff is always friendly & professional at all times.
Until this girl started.
When you ask her if you have something, in 4 seperate occasions, she rudely told me "OUT OF STOCK". & when I went back, they had many in stock.
This is incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, arrogant, and racist.
I went today & that was the last straw., i ask where I could find the batteries.
Her response was
"IN THE BACK OF THE STORE". When i looked directly to her left shoulder. The batteries were right there.
I am disabled, getting around is a challenge for me. It was extremely insulting to treat customers like that & not have a care in the world.
I will be complaining to corporate because I believe she is the sister of the manager. Which should never be that way because they are shielded from any disciplinary actions.
This unprofessional & rude behavior is unacceptable.
