Hello. We wanted to share our pleasant experience at Pick n Carry in downtown Dumaguete. We are not the most technological people in the world and we needed to purchase a pocket wifi for our home in the mountains. RICA was patient and helpful throughout the whole sale of the unit. She helped us set it up and install the proper app. we left the store feeling confident and happy with our purchase. RICA demonstrated genuine customer service we have not seen often at Pick n Carry. Sadly, most of the sales associates are rude, pushy and bent on just selling technology like it was just perfume or costume jewelry. So many there seem to have no knowledge of the expensive technology they are selling and that is a little disturbing. We would like to give our experience a 10 star rating based on RICAs attitude and patience but sadly there was another sales girl there who was less than professional (selling Oppo). Thank you RICA...=)

Decent selection at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, not very up to date with the latest stuff.
