7-Eleven Annapolis

Poor design of branch, the way their staircase is placed and made is an accident waiting to happen (I fell from the staircase btw). Space is too narrow and steps are too high. As a PWD, I am disappointed that you did not consider whether or not your store has accessible facilities for my kind. Spaces are cramped and staff don't bother to clean the surroundings (I slipped on a bottle cap). I'm not surprised why the Lawson and MiniStop along Annapolis fare better than you. I was only forced to go in to use the charging station. It's not even worth it considering that I've spent medication that costs between 50-150k just to treat my busted ankle.

They charge extra P5 for mobile phone load.

Sept. 26, 2017. I went to this store earlier around 11am and i'm disappointed with the cashier's attitude. I asked nicely to ate to change my bills and coins to 5 peso coins because i will use their charging station. She has the annoyed look on her face it's as if like she doesn't want to, I ignored it. She said she only have few 5 coins still with an annoyed look. I said alright and I asked her to confirm, if the 5 peso is the one used in their charging station. She responded angrily that she got few 5 peso coins maybe she misheard me. But still, that wasnt the right way to treat your customers. Of all the branches of 7-eleven i've visited, this store is the only one i'll give thumbs down.

Very disappointed CASHIER ATTITUDE is super poor.... especially MARIE attitude

Kindly discipline your cashier's in dealing customer complain..
