Victory Liner Cubao Terminal

Victory liner has realy levelled up. The bus terminal is spacious and even has car parking. There’s even The Lounge for those who will avail first class tickets. Here’s hoping that they will have microphone ready next time for the karaoke 😊.

Impressive bus terminal! Great location at the pambansang terminal: Cubao.

We availed of the deluxe ticket (999 pesos) to Baguio, we were able to access the lounge that provided air conditioning and flowing coffee.

The Cubao terminal is big and clean. Just wish they had a far far far away smoking area cause the car fumes are bad as it is lol.

The bus has seen better days. I suggest you get the seat that I got (ref. bus ticket) so you have the space to move around.

Ticket booths are well organized a plus factor for me. I also like their waiting area, looks clean and manned by their staff. Buses were in and out of the terminal in an orderly manner. Hope they get to maintain order during peak season too.
Will update when I get to experience the waiting for my ride. Just went to buy tickets in advance.

comfortable seat for average filipino height traveller
ergonomic to the body and head, seat angle can be adjusted to comfort with the seat lever, and can be adjusted up to lying position like a barber chair on a shaving position.

✅Capsule cabin is minimalistic, under cabin capsule is good for travelers like elderly, expecting mothers, and children with guardian.

✅has a dedicated usb fast charger, Usb type C for laptops💻 and android charger QC3📱

✅Privacy at its best if you like to travel alone and minding your own business.

✅Average Cabin temp 19-21°c and humidity level of 51% both on comfortable and good range. (i have a room bluetooth thermometer with me Mi Thermometer)

✅Air quality: Satisfactory, My oxygen saturation inside the cabin is on 98-99%

✅Blanket is also good for comfort.

✅Capsule Cabin Light: Ambient to soft yellow. comfortable to the eyes.

✅Chicken Pie and water 😋

✅Toilet: bowl is clean, with cleaning agent and can be suctioned flush with a button.

👏Cons:
You get frequently get bumped by the person who is walking through the aisle nearly less than 24 inches wide going to the Comfort room. i was randomly bumped more than 15 times through out the 5 hour trip. You might get irritated sometimes when you got bumped at mid asleep. When someone got tilted pinned balled his body on the aisle while going up to the adjacent spot on a moving vehicle.

Not good for claustropaubic.

Top Middle capsule not advisable for Kids or dealing with knee problems or handling weight, Weak arm strength or surgically impaired arm or working in a big electronic device such as laptop.Getting up is hard,if you need laptop💻 go with the left or right side capsule instead.

What to improve:

Upper cabin stewardes call button placed near the aircon vent. This may lessen fall precaution if the guest needs to use the lavatory during the length of the journey. Its more harder to walk on the aisle on a moving vehicle. and yet going down those steps and you might miss a single step and fall (reflectorized or lighted step slot as a guide)

Curtain straps on top that auto attached fasten by magnets when closed : rollers tends to slide during zigzag areas.

Put a Gps screen/tablet on the front to know the current location and ETA expected time of arrival and current time. Like for us we are catching up the next vehicle we will be boarding (plane, ship, next bus)

Or a screen probably a Cctv of the front view of the driver's POV. Everyone is curious and makes the journey less boring. if you dont have a gadget

Add the current Cabin temperature and humidity level Vs the outside temperature (and it must be Accurate)

One time use Hot Towels.
Ear muffs (optional) as it blocks and lowers the external noise to a lower decibel rate.

Item give aways! That makes the experience more memorable.

Wifi improvement. i used mobile data.

Flashing lights Trigger precautions inside the bus must be asked for passengers prior booking for kids

Add air filter inside the bus (hepa filter) lessen allergens and bacterias from.coughing guest.

Customer experience and needs are met for charging devices in the terminal and inside the bus, enough juice for the phone to write this review.

avoid the middle top center aisle capsule if you are short tempered
because you will get HIT more often with random persons going to the CR. and be prepared to get disturbed randomly on mid journey sleep 🤣

They have a renovated terminal. So much better than before. For passengers going to North. Tips: If you fail to buy a ticket, just take the chance passenger. They will allow you to ride the bus once departure time comes and will issue tickets once you're on the bus. The only disadvantage is that you can not choose a seat number. And they are 1st come 1st serve.

I love the newly improved terminal! It's like an airport. There's a big screen showing the arrivals and departures. The queue is more organized since there are separate windows for different transactions. And there are a few well-known stores/stalls inside. I rode a deluxe bus and the seat is very comfortable and there is enough leg room!

Renovation of Victory Terminal almost finished. Lots of Seats for waiting passengers, clean and modern ticketing and a Beautiful Lounge for First Class Passengers with free Coffee. Restrooms are also clean, spacious and modern. Victory Liner now my preferred BusLine.

Victory Liner is Getting a Facelift. Better Ticketing Booths and their First Class Lounge is just amazing. Their fare to Baguio is more expensive but with these added comforts, better to ride with Victory.

Wow! Victory Liner's stepping up its game! Lounge, complimentary snacks, on-board attendant...for a bus ride? You got to love the hard products.

BTW, if you have the luxury of time to plan ahead and Victory Liner is part of the plan, I definitely recommend buying a first-class bus seat. Worth every penny!

Very clean and large space. Plenty of food stalls and waiting chairs. Arrival and depature times are clear, presentable and easy to read. Highly suggest to purchase tickets at the counter rather than chance, since the conductor checks ticket seats. Separate areas for exclusive trips such as Bolinao and the sleeper bus trips. Bathrooms are clean, no bidet though

A lot has improved with the Cubao Terminal of Victory Liner.
The restrooms are way cleaner, lines seem more organized, and there are better options amongst the food stalls.
There's still room for improvement, such as working faucets and soap availability in the rest rooms.

Place to victory liner bus if you're heading north to zambales from Manila as I recently was. An efficient operation with plenty of seating under shade and a selection of fast food outlets. To bring identification if you're claiming the 20% pensioner or PWD discount.

The new renovations make it seem like an airport terminal. It is now very spacious and welcoming.

This bus company was very organized. I have an online booking from Riyadh and the lady in the counter was very accommodating and pleasant to talked with. Over all the experience is great I would recommend this bus terminal and company to anyone.

i had made good decisions for not bringing my car to Baguio..traffic was so heavy..we enjoy the comfort of using public transport Victory Liner, departed from Cubao @ 0:100 hrs arrived early morning @ 0:500 hrs. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED.

Everything here feels more organized compared to pasay and in baguio. The lounge really feels like you avail first class lol. ALSO!!! the free snack in buses here for first class is empanada!!! in pasay it's just skyflakes 🥲 ha

Leader in Customer Service. Clean toilets, great ventilation, Aircon Lounge w brewed coffee. Available food. A pleasant place in the overcrowded 3rd world of EDSA !

Since we got a first class ticket, there was a special lounge for us with free coffee. The common CR was clean also and the guards were helpful too.
