The stars are mainly for the entirety of Savemore- alone! As you enter, the guards are always friendly and courteous. The employees are all with a positive vibe. They greet me all the time - good morning, good afternoon ma'am...etc. Most of them know me by the face already. I believe I may be the only Prestige card holder that shops there almost every day. So it is hard for them to not recognize me. There is this counter employee who is very friendly and she always recognizes me. I like her vibe very much. About the merchandise; do not expect too much. They don't have a wide variety of products here - well, for me, because the majority of the things I buy in the bigger groceries aren't here. But I like that they have good meat selections. Some of the herbs I use, they sell it. The detergent I use is also sold here. But the rest of my brand preferences are not here. The parking lot is always horrible here. It's the wrong doing of the building owner I believe. The main entrance guard doesn't care how people park here - very unorganized. They have this basement parking that has a very steep entrance and exit and what is worse, once you park below, there is NO MALL ENTRANCE from the basement! You have to crawl up that steep, uncomfortable, not well thought, way! As if the owner does not care for their customers at all! So, I can understand why everyone with service will want to just park at the road side, adjacent, or in front just to avoid creeping up on foot, that horrible steep! Imagine, parking at their basement and you have these heavy grocery plastic bags you gotta carry below and that freaking road down there is steep? How would you end up if you aren't careful? So, NO STARS FOR THE PARKING!!!
