The first coffee shop I visited when I got to Subic and boy did they set the bar high for the rest. The Kuraso Filter Coffee selection which is the pour over is my go-to here. Honey Oat Lavender Latte smells so good. Lets not talk about the cookies especially the chunky Ube. It was so good I ended up buying a box of assorted cookies to munch on. Its a specialty coffee shop category and the setup is pretty impressive. The branding, store aesthetics, to the coffee beans, all the way to the operations, training and services has a polished well thought of touch. The shop actually has a Japanese vibe and seems to be quite appealing to the oversea tourist in the area. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Parking is available in front of the store but there is a bigger parking area at the back. Its a pet friendly store with 2 sections of al fresco area at the back. I do have to warn you about the big dog lounging in the shop. The giant poodle is absolutely huge and adorable. If you happen to encounter it, taking a few pic or selfies, petting it and cute doggie talking is inevitable. Resistance is futile... Cute overload. Sit back, relax and enjoy your Break Fluid.

Perfect place to hang out after a long bike ride in Subic.

Had the Truffle Salpicao and it was very delicious. Big serving as well. Love that they serve Kurasu Coffee as well.

Plus you can get your massage fix right next door.

Makes Subic all the more an ideal weekend cycling destination for me (Coffee, Cycle, Cuisine).

It was honestly one of the most phenomenal experiences I have had, and highly recommend going if you have the opportunity.

The establishment’s inner architecture is elegant, earthy and classically minimalist without any lacking.
I received warm greeting from everyone upon entering and the smell of fresh baked cookies.
The owners are incredibly engaged in their business and the staff are extremely experienced under their leadership.
I purchased one of their pour-over sets and when I asked how to use it, the staff gave me an impromptu course on how to properly prepare, consistently what is, what I would consider to be the best brews I have had.
All the while, the owner answered all my questions and even explained to me what to expect from each type of:
roast, bean, grain size, typical water temperature.
An exceptionally adept crew and an incredible group people providing craft.

Lastly I have recently had their food and it is bar none, amazing. I cannot emphasize enough how delicious it was.

Called in advance to get an order ready. When we arrived and while the food was still being prepared we were greeted by extremely friendly staff.

Food was superb! I ordered the Pesto Ravioli which was heavenly — i absolutely loved the sauce!! Super sarap! I also ordered a Horchata which wasn't too bad as well (medyo bitim, am not sure if there is an option for a larger drink?) And cookies for dessert which were ok as well.

The place is really nice. I love the vibes. And if we weren't in a rush, I wouldn't have minded staying much longer. I will definitely come back again to try the rest of the menu.

727 Coffee is nicely designed, cozy with inside and alfresco options. I liked their 727 Signature, a bit creamy and all.

Mango Chicken Baked Rice is heavy and nice.

Really nice place, my boyfriend found it in the coffee group he’s in and we decided to hop in and check. It's a really pleasant place with Kurasu coffee on hand in their pour over selections, and the peanut butter oat latte they have is really good! Definitely will be back when we're in the area.

Place is uber nice and well-maintained. They have a wide selection of food from sandwiches, bread, pastries, pasta, baked rice, and more. But what stands out from all are their coffee drinks — please try out their 727 Signature and their Con Crema! For food, we recommend their Baked Truffle Salpicao. Their menu on instagram gives you the necessary info to help you decide what to order.

Going to this shop was such a good experience. Staff were so nice and well-versed on what they offer. We just hope we get to meet their Giant Poodle, Seven! The inspiration to some of their merch. A good staple to your Subic Bay trip!

I came across a Google user’s review about 727, so I want to share my own. 727 is a specialty coffee shop, not to be compared with Starbucks and other commercial coffee chains. So don’t expect your quick to-go cup.

The coffee at 727 is great - they serve beans from Kurasu, a Kyoto-based roastery. Great quality for a reasonable price (around 200 a cup of coffee).

Not only do they have an extensive menu of beverages, from staple espresso-based drinks to filter coffee to signature drinks (try Barista Jev’s drink), but they also have a lot of great food options.

I ordered their version of eggs benedict, and it was as good as it looks. I was surprised that 727 serves breakfast items, brunch, and other comfort foods that most other specialty coffee shops wouldn’t have on their menu.

A great experience for both coffee-lovers and non-coffee drinkers alike. Do note that 727 is a pet-friendly shop. They have a giant poodle, but it wasn’t there at the time I visited.

In short, a must-try cafe the next time you’re in Subic.

My go to cafe in subic! The coffee is always great and everything on their menu is quite delicious. Tried the pumpkin soup and the truffle cheese rice bowl and both are amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Subic ☕

The place is accessible, the overall ambience is warm, there is a variety of good quality coffee & non-coffee types and pastries to choose from. And lastly, there are a lot of instagrammable spots you can enjoy.

Other cafes back in Manila can't compare to this one! I absolutely love the relaxing atmosphere and cozy vibe of this cafe. Baristas and cashier enthusiastically offer suggestions for the bestsellers. The 727 signature is surely one of the very best coffee concoctions I've had - balanced in all flavor profiles. The double chocolate chip nyc inspired cookies are a must (not too sweet but still decadent). The first sip of the 727 signature and the amazing ambiance would make anyone understand why this subic gem is a must visit.

This place is one of the nicest coffee shop around, staff’s are nice and accomodating, inside the place has a nice vibe and they are pet friendly too. Good quality coffee, and frapuccino for our dog, good visits 🐾👏👍☕

It's a delight, I've been to various coffee shops providing Matcha in BGC and Makati, as a Matcha lover, I didn't expect cinnamon to pair well with Matcha. I will undoubtedly visit your store again when I return to SBMA. 💚💚💚 10/10 727coffee.co

We had the lavender latte (hot), the seasonal blend espresso black (cold), and the classic cookie, and all of them were good! Baristas and servers were also very welcoming. Would visit again given the chance!

Very narrow coffee shop connected to a spa and salon. The interior design has a very modern vibe, and it is great for taking pics. There is an extension at the back, which has good spots for taking your pics.

While we were looking for a nice coffee shop in Subic, we decided to try this coffee shop and it didn't disappoint. Their coffee is very nice!! I liked my peanut butter oat latte!! the best!! Highly recommended for those who like peanut butter!!! Also, their caramel con crema is on another level!!!! I really like this coffee shop!! Highly recommended!!! Will definitely come back when we have the time and chance again. 🥰🥰
