Despite encountering negative reviews, I am inclined to offer a positive one. When I urgently needed a cesarean section for my dam, Dr. Cabreros efficiently saved both our dam and her puppies. The entire team, including the vet nurses, warmly welcomed us and reassured me despite my evident anxiety. While acknowledging their shortcomings, I firmly believe in the potential for improvement. As a pet owner, it's crucial to navigate the path you wish to take and understand the constraints of rules and regulations. With effective communication, they can indeed deliver. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Cabreros and the staff for the successful emergency cesarean operation for our beloved pets!

I brought my dog to a Vet clinic near my house here at Bara-as. The doctor told me that my dog is just suffering from worms. With all the medications given, no test was suggested and after a week still no improvement.

Until one of my friends referred me to Iligan Dog and Cat Doctor. All the staff are friendly and professional.

They suggested test and medical procedures (take note they are equipped with CBC, Ultrasound and Xray. They are even cheaper with manila and Cdo).

They found out that my dog has pyometra and can die anytime. I followed their recommendations for surgery despite their warning that my baby might not survive because I brought her very late (due to misdiagnosis and mistreatment from my old doctor).

Now, my baby is very active and is recuperating very well!

Maayo kaau sila dira!

Gikan ko magpabakuna sa lain Doctor. After 1 day sa pagpabakuna nko, nagluya na dayon akong itoy... Cge ko panawag sa Doctor na nagbakuna, ingon cya bantayan lang daw. Pero nagka grabe akong itoy.

Nag pa emergency ko kay gabie naman kaau. Bisan gabie, naay nitibag sa clinic nila. Naghulat sa akoa ug naadmit akong itoy.

Maayo dira kay e-explain kung unsa dapat buhaton ug bantayan sa akong mga pets. Kung nasultian lng ko daan sa nagbakuna na Doctor unsa buhaton after vaccination, unta wala nigrabe akong itoy.

Maau nlng karon nahuman na jud cya ug bakuna.

Salamat kaau sa inyong tabang!

Completo pa jud sila gamit ug automatic iexplain ang result sa mga test.

I'm OK with doc cabreros since he explains everything in details. My cat is a FIV positive patient but they don't have an isolation room for immunocompromised/contagious patients. However I'm just concerned with the another doc with how she responds to my queries. When I asked her yesterday why our cat's prognosis is not getting any better (at least have improved since it's his 3rd day of being treated w/ antibiotics) and what mgt should be done for his very high FBS result. She just answered me that she's not aware of doc pao'a mgt. Which made me think, aren't she capable or aren't they endorsing the status of their patients?. I'm going to the vet soon to transfer our cat to another clinic . I already accepted the high probablity that he's not going to be OK but at least I have to make sure that the my cat will die with utmost care.

Cons: I did not like the customer service there. The vet assigned was not approachable but I didnt have time to choose because I was worried, so, I admitted my cat anyway. They do update you with the status of your cat throught texts, although the same line is unresponsive if you try to contact them. Also, when we took our cat home, her left forelimb and left hindlimb's digital pads had unchecked wounds, her medical record just declared an arm wound. I noticed them as they have become palpably edematous.

Pros: Not all staff are unapproachable. The front desk and assistant were okay. Also, my cat's condition became a little bit better before I transferred her to another vet.

If I could give negative stars it would be more than -5, please be aware that this clinic tries to reel in susceptible owners by giving poor prognosis and diagnosis first instead of checking your pet properly so they'll shell out thousands of pesos in one go out of fear for the life of their pet. They don't even provide proper customer service to the owners. They are more proactive in prescribing overpriced medicines and vitamins without even knowing the true cause or even whether these will be helpful for the ailing pet in the long run. They are very unprofessional when reacting to their customers if you have a bad experience with their service, remember your customers are the reason you are afloat, don't try to discredit their negative experience as we worked hard to get the money that we will pay for the service, so do your due diligence as well and provide quality service. If the clinic staff provided more sincerity and empathy, and willingness to work with the owners on the treatment plan, as well as reaching out to people who've had issues with their service, they could get more customers and even repeat business.

VERY POOR SERVICE. We were not entertained by the doctor himself instead the other staffs are the one who entertained us. When it comes to dog patient, they called the doctor himself. I don't know if ako lang yung nakakafeel but they prefer dog patients more than cats. The information given to us was not even clear. We don't even know if some things and utmost care were really given to our cat. They didn't even call when our cat passed away, but instead messaged us. Even in her last moment, our cat taught us something very important that should not be given so easily, TRUST. We all know that god is not blind and sees all, the truth will come out in the right time. The thing we thought the best to do turns out to be our biggest mistake. This is not me writing this because of emotional means but this is me writing it rationally and unbiased. Thank you and god bless!

Very poor service, we went there at night for emergency services and the woman vet said "kamatyunon naman ni inyong iring". So freaking insensitive, they have CBC but they can't determine that cause of the illness of our cat, all they had was 'possible viral infection'. Hello? 1,300 pesos is not enough to know what the condition of our cat is? And you would ask for 900 more so that you could do further testing and ask for confinement right away? Jesus.

Negative mindset. Instead of helping the client feel better, they're making the client feet unease like saying "Poor yung survival". Why not instead say something nice? like "we will do our best and give your pet the utmost care". I'm not shaming anyone but your service is very poor.

Don't try this shop because your pet well not healing

Why is there no negative star rating? Was it difficult to be a little nicer to your customer? Especially front desk staffs.

I did not like the customer service there. They are only after the money and don't have the sincerity to give cure to sick animals.

Yung pusa ko Pina check up ko dito,tapos habang nag aantay ng call para sa check up,narinig ko nalang na Yung doctor nila is tatawagan pa nila sa selphone,kaya hindi ko ma gets,parang nag dadalawang isip Akong mag pa check,pero dahil worie Ako sa pusa ko kaha napilitan akong mag pa check up.
