Plaza Alemania Hotel

Went there for an 18th, friendly staff, affordable and good value for money. Nice venue for small celebrations.

One of the best hotel in Iligan City. The entrance is presentable and clean. The front desk and the security guard was also accommodating and friendly. You can also checkout the rooftop, as it offers a 360 degree view of the city. Nice place to hold a seminar and party. It is something you can easily visit because it is located withinnthe city proper.

This is classic, moderately good way to conduct seminars, and the stay is a guaranted sleep-like-baby. The building is build to damp the outside noise. Its good way to replace the old stuff, the mechanical noise make things scary.

I am writing this review halfway through a 10 day stay at Plaza Alemania Hotel. This review is only for the room I stayed in, and the overall hotel experience.
The front desk staff, security, and cleaning staff are all very pleasant, friendly and so helpful. I say thank you to them all.
My room is large and comfortable with a strong air conditioner that I have to turn down because the room gets too cold. The flat-screen TV has a good variety of channels, and the free Wi-Fi is decent. There is a desk, small table, and several chairs. The large mirrored closet is a great bonus.
The king size bed is clean and comfy, with firm pillows, a mattress pad, sheets and comforter.

The bathroom.. Very large. Love the deep bathtub, great for soaking. There has been plenty of hot water for daily showers or baths.

Room reviewed is the Diamond Room.

Is this a budget hotel for most people? Yes I think so. But good value should not deter you from coming here. The people here are so welcoming and helpful. The facilities here are more than you would expect. Lastly but not least is the Restaurant on the top floor.. already a favourite of ours for early eating a casual lunch or entertaining. Overall a great place to stay in the heart of Iligan

The hotel rooms are decent. They have hot and cold shower. The hotel has functions rooms and restaurant located at the top. They also have dorm-type rooms for backpackers. The staff are courteous and very approachable.

Went to this hotel for the first time as my daughter was having her school Christmas show here, and from what I saw this was a very smart hotel, quite classy, and all the staff were so friendly and polite.. We were in the Berlin Hall and I was impressed... Carl
