A Rainy Afternoon with a Little Delight

Day and Time: 4:30 PM on a Rainy Wednesday Afternoon

Ambiance: The restaurant was silent, and I found myself alone in a cozy corner.
Impression: I left with a desire to return and explore more of their enticing menu.

Order: I opted for the Papaitang Kambing (Solo) and the intriguing Mix-mix Rice.
The Papaitang Kambing was a flavor-packed. Its rich taste and aromatic spices added a unique twist to the typical kambingan experience. Nalapot piman –you know what I mean- dyay han kala nasayaw nga typical ti kambingan ditoy highlands hehe. It was a taste sensation that left me craving for more.
The Mix-mix Rice lived up to its name, delivering a delightful fusion of flavors and expect it to be the “kinowboyan” style.

Overall, I would highly recommend giving this place a try. The unique flavors and inviting ambiance (overlooking the Valley of La Trinidad) make it a worthwhile dining destination.
