I recently spent 5 days in this beautiful lodge, the owners JP and Gina are very gracious hosts who make you feel at home. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the staff are very nice and helpful. I hope to stay again. Thank you JP & Gina.

I was here with my family and friends from Canada. It wasn't easy to find a hotel that would meet the standards of my friends. We tried visiting all over Calubian area and Biliran Island for hotels and resorts and it was a relief to find Maylaka.

As soon as we got there we felt the professional service of the staff. Kristy of the reception is pleasantly entertaining us.

The hotel is clean and maintained well.
The garden is beautiful. Great landscapes.
The infinity plunge pool is romantic and inviting with the beautiful view of the beach and Calubian Island.
This hotel has 5 security guards!

You will be delighted with the breakfast, Vines and Cocos restaurant flavors. Chefs are great. They have variety of food from Filipino foods to American/European with some of our favorite attentive staffs like Bernadette, Denver, Rey, Earl and the rest of the staffs.

The entire staff was friendly and incredible. They are always attentive to our needs above and beyond consistency. The young woman who cleaned after us everyday was another person who certainly needs to recognized.

The best that this resort has to offer was the owner. They were very genuine who seemed to honesty want to do whatever they could improve our vacation. Very informative and attentive :)

We enjoyed our stay. What you expect you will get! We came there as a guest, we left as friends... JP and Gina, WELL DONE.. We are definitely coming back here! :)
