Facility is clean, staff are respectful and the experience is good...
I would like to commend the good assistance given to me by ms. Charm, she keeps on tracking where I am and about the procedures, hindi ako nanghula ng mga dapat kong gawin because she was there to guide me all along. Staffs of radiology was willing to work beyond their time to accommodate me. Thank you so much, hoping for the good result on monday 🤞

From the moment I was rushed to the ER until I was admitted, operated on and discharged, they were very attentive. It's just a little annoying when you're an outpatient, I know it's really slow when you're using HMO, but the waiting time is really long even if you give allowance before the scheduled check up, I always chase my doctor's appointment because of their service

Our go to hospital for our medical needs since I was a kid. There have been many improvements over time despite being understaffed during the pandemic. Staff were mostly courteous & helpful.

Just wanted to share my experience with World Citi Medical Center. I had an operation here in WCMC and kudos to the doctor who assisted and helped me, Dr. Malali and his secretary, Ms. Joy. Before I got in contact with Doc, I tried to contact the hospital. I was having a hard time reaching their phone number so I tried to send a message on Facebook. There I received a quick answer from their Customer Service Team and provided me the list of whom I can contact for check ups about my case. The staff inside the Outpatient Department was very welcoming as well when I went there and also the staff of Philhealth inside the hospital. I had a successful operation because the doctors, the nurses and all the staff really took care of me. There may be some delay on the results but I'm glad that I've got good news!

The hospital was very clean as well but maybe what I would suggest is to make sure that there is handwashing soap inside the restroom :)

The World Citi Medical Center the Doctors here are excellent, They explained everything to me in a very clear manner. The marketing staff are helpful, friendly and kind they ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. The facilities are in good condition as well as organize.

One of the best hospitals in Quezon City, World Citi Medical Center is located along Aurora Boulevard, near St. Joseph Shrine-Cubao.

The facilities are mixed of hospital and hotel themes, with the Front Medical Services located on its ground floor, clinics for Out-Patient Department on its 2nd-4th floors, and the hospital wards on the upper floors, as well as the offices of Medical Board and other rooms for their operations.

As of this Pandemic, WCMC serves as a COVID-19 facility for the entire Quezon City and is still open for OPD Patients, except for those with Pulmonary concerns.

Very good hospital. The staffs are friendly and courteous. The room is clean and comfortable. The room is cleaned regularly. The food is well prepared. Medical personnel are very professional.
