South Supermarket

A secret place to do your grocery. Price is comparable to what you see in puregold. Good parking space. The place is not so crowded. Got almost everything that you need.

Probably the best supermarket in the East. Been doing groceries here since i was little. Groceries are layed out well. Good amount of cashiers. Carts on entrances. Big parking area with a passable rack for bikes. A small food court and arcade for the kids.

Only thing I don't like about this grocery is I have yet to win anything on their raffle draws. Been going here for 3 decades. I should win sooner or later. Right? Lol.

Our place has easy access to 2 supermarkets associated with mall brands. South Supermarket is a bit further than these two. But we always do our bi-monthly grocery shopping there. They have a wide variety of brands unlike the mall supermarkets. We've been going here since my daughter was 7 years old - she's now 27.

Best place to get your groceries. The place was very neat. Products on the shelves are very well organized. (Very good!) Perfect lighting. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of products to choose from. A very diversified range of brands. Kudos on that! The grocery experience is comfortable and light.

Love this store!! It literally has a little bit of everything in it! I'm American and my wife's Filipina and we both found everything we liked there Everytime we went!! Boy, I sure do miss shopping there!! 😞😞😭

I dropped by this supermarket on my home to buy a loaf of bread. But the day was not a good time because most of the breads there were a day before expiration.
To be fair, they are honest with what they put on display.

Our family's FAVORITE supermarket!
It's basically our community grocery. The management and staff has consistently been nice in our experience, my only complaint is the receipt check by the security when leaving, it's a bit annoying, automatically suspecting clients guilty of theft... until proven innocent is very People's Republic China-ish 🤣.

South always had the BEST meat section compared with all those we've been to, this probably sets them apart from all the rest. They always have stock the more unusual ones (for filipino groceries that is) like ox tongue, ox tails, duck, lamb, bone marrow, and before the pandemic... even rabbit, crocodile fillet, fish roe and ox brain (sadly I don't find them there anymore)!

And they have least smelliest meat section too, the hellish worst is Pioneer Center (smells like cadaver there). By the way, if you go to South Supermarket on a Tue, Thu or Sat, they tend to carry the freshest!

One of the most visited supermarket of our family. Parking can accommodate many customers, Their pricing is low compared to others or nearby supermarkets, and they always have promos on their goods.

Low price and lots of promo and discounts. They also have fresh food items. Imported and quality frozen foods.

A hidden grocery store (behind Robinson's) with proper products.

Very bright and spacious. Feels relaxing to shop unhurriedly. Meat section looks clean

They have a wide range of groceries, toys, and clothes that are at a reasonable price. I was able to get two raffle coupons with my 1k+ purchase. They have a food court inside and outside you can find a barbershop, dental clinic, laundry shop, and an aquatic pet shop. Ample parking space, too.

Spacious enough parking space although it is outdoors (no cover from sun or rain). The stock of the grocery is good, they have a variety of options most of the time. It's clean and the people who work there are friendly. Can't say much about the meats, fish, and other fresh produce though. South Supermarket's are alright but buying these from palengkes tend to be better still. Anyways, 5 stars still for this grocery store. Location, parking, stocks, cleanliness, service, are all good. 😉

if you are looking for a fresh meat, poultry and fish they have it and also they have frozen meats too and most of all they have a special freezer for sawdust/dog food

This is my favorite supermarket! Compared to others, prices here are relatively cheaper. They also boost a wide selection of fresh goods - fish, poultry, meat. Payment options are cash, card and e-wallets like GrabPay.

Has alot of cheaper food options and they often host a promo or raffle draws. Security here is very great and they offer alot of parking space.

There's food and snacks you can buy here(if i rememeber correctly they are): Potato corner, Buko Juan, Mylene's bakery, mga kakanin, Belgian waffles, master siomai, takoyaki, and a milktea store.

Theres also services right outside of the groceries like spa, barber shop, plant/flower shops and various different accommodations.

The security guard is helpful in the parking area.

Love this place! I remember coming here every other weekend for our grocery run with my mom, ever since we were kids. It has almost everything we need and the price has always been fair. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

This is our supermarket choice when we need to buy meat and frozen food. The shelves and products are always organized and seldom do you see it missing regular grocery needs.
