I had an amazing experience here. The staff members were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. To my delight, they even offered me a complimentary cup of delicious green tea. What stood out to me was how they took the time to explain the procedures before carrying them out, ensuring that I was fully informed about each step. They were thorough in describing the purpose of each procedure and managed my expectations effectively. The end result with my hair was truly satisfying.

Ms Yana, my hair stylist, was able to deliver the specific V-cut I requested. At first, it was more U-shaped so I asked to trim the sides some more and with the use of razor and some texturizing scissors, she achieved the cut.

It was my first time trying this haircut so I am definitely returning for more. She did it swiftly and precisely. Who wants more time when it can be done just as efficiently with less time and effort. 💯

All of the staff are very welcoming and accomodating, also the ambiance was really to my liking. Will definitely be back. Thanks :)

Everything is efficient and they make sure you are comfortable. Keep in mind that during busy hours you may have to wait for a bit. Found my go-to salon in Fairview. Coming from Cebu, I was looking for a korean salon near me. Went to Bangs SM Fairview and I have no regrets. Got my hair toned down to a milktea color, a lovely layered trim with curtain bangs and a much needed treatment thanks to Ms. YHANA and her team!

I like the place. It's clean and has a good ambience with Korean music playing🤍 The service is good. I like how they are honest with my hair condtion but they aren't offensive about it...most especially with my white hairs😅. And I love my new haircut🥰. All thanks to the hair stylist and to her assistants.
