Quezon I Electric Cooperative (QUEZELCO 1)

5 stars if you can tell me what is wrong with payment from GCASH or 7-11. I always get "invalid account number error".
Any special digits need to add? I follow exactly the number and name per bill

UPDATE
It seems that Quezelco 1 consist also of two branches. One that supports GCASH and one that doesn’t. Now per recently it is all possible to pay online though a multiple of ways including GCASH. Hurray!

Electric Cooperative in Quezon

You see they have a very poor service and they are so demanding for payment, they always have maintenance and in a month theres always a brownout.

There's always brownouts in a span of a month there's more than 5 brownouts! What kind of service is that? Like today we haf brownout from 11 am til like 5. And bcs of that it affected us so much my brother had an asthma attack just that morning so he has to use nebulizer to stabilize his attack but then he can't bcs we don't have electricity, and then my gamma who can't walk around now and is bedridden can't go outside so she uses an electric fan but then there's no electricity so mu gramma have to endure the heat inside of our house for then rest of the day. We are just consumers but let me tell you this you wouldn't have an operating businesses without consumers so please make the your service more efficient we pay monthly for electricity not for brownouts!.

Hindi na po masaya ang ginagawang service ng quezelco dapat po sana bigyan ng DOE ang aming complain ang tagal na po ng complain regarding sa payment method sana po bigyan ng pasin ng DOE dahil hindi na makatao ginagawa ng quezelco

📢3 to 5 times PATAY BUHAY ang power supply mag August palang parang BEER month na. 😂
📢13pesos per KWH. nyo samantala kay MERALCO 5 pesos per KWH lang.
📢60-100 pesos ang charge nyo sa due date. Samantala kay MERALCO 20-30 pesos lang.
📢BEST STRATEGY nyo po ba ung pag patay buhay NG power supply?
📢UMAMBON lang patay agad ang kuryente nyo 😁

napaka poor ng service ng Quezelco..
naka 5 lima brown out s loob ng 5 oras.
Hindi pwede unawain ito.
Walang improvement...

Bulok serbisyo. Ilang dekada ng walang improvement ang serbisyo. Taas ng bill

Bakit antagal Naman po NG koryente samin Ang hirap po bagang walang koryente

Bakit sobrang mahal ng per KWh nyo????????
