Had a terrible experience at this barbershop. Called at 10am, I secured a scheduled appointment at 12noon. I was informed by the front desk officer that incase someone is still getting his hair fixed, I will immediately be the next in queue, and I agree. I arrived at 11:55am, as expected, someone is still getting his hair fixed. I approached the front desk lady officer, told her my scheduled appointment. She acknowledge it, however, in my surprise, I was told that I am 2nd in queue (huh??? Lol) due to a BS excuse (i still need to wait for another 30mins to an hour). Will never be coming back here again. Don’t bother calling/setting an appointment, even if they acknowledge it, they will easily ignore it once you arrive. 0/5 customer service.
